- For those of you who don’t like eating raw fish, but want to try ceviche, here is the one way you can try. Cevichocho or Ceviche de Cho Cho is a ceviche made of white beans in replacement of raw fish. Now ceviche is normally cooked in the acidity of the lime juice, but it is still raw. So some people can’t get around eating raw fish, but may want to try ceviche. Although this was a great idea, I prefer eating the normal fish ceviche.
In this episode we also got a chance to visit Carolina Park in the heart of Quito. This park was very big, with a lot of outdoor space to play basketball, tennis, ride bikes or run. That is one thing that is nice about Ecuador. People love to go outside and spend time with family and friends. Although it was a cloudy weekday, we still had a good time walking throughout the park and finding a good cevichocho.

I heard the similar things about phones and cameras being snatched. Be careful and try to avoid busy places. I use a sling bag to carry things in front, when in crowded places.
