Being a big fan of F-91, The thought of Eternal Wind ever being transcribed and adapted into a Jazz peice never crossed my mind, even in my wildest dreams! I was a little confused at first, but the more I listened to it over and over again, the more it started to grow on me. However there is no beating the original with Hiroko Moriguchi on vocals. Her singing just imparts and adds so much feeling and emotion into the song which just elevates to no end and unfortunately the same isnt projected through this Jazz adaptation. The performance was great but it lacked that vital element, that spark that pulls it all together. The _'Hiroko Moriguchi'_ of your performance. If i was ever putting together a fan made tribute album - Your song would still be on it!. Maybe consider getting somebody to do vocals?
Nice arrangement Have you folks checked out the Anime, Made in Abyss, the composer Kevin Penkin has written so many outstanding pieces for it. Would love to see a Jazz rendition of his work Thank you
