Awesome! I have a Laser Pico myself in Greece. I know, many critical voices around the boat as not as agile as the classic Laser. But is so versatile. Can sail it single handed, double handed with my kids, it’s durable, I can beach it with no worries, car toppable, rigged within 2 minutes. I am 190cm+ tall and appreciate the high boom in every tack.
1 foot under the middle 1 foot under the opposing side, then go both through the middle and be able to reach the far side and if you need it you can adjust yourself out. But tbf it's only really strong winds you need the middle like above 16knots, but I highly recommend a pico in 25knots nothing beats it

it's a good summerhouse boat :D
Is that the fancy performance sail? And that’s a cool carbon tiller extension!
Yes that's a sail purchased from laserperformance with battens. Tiller extension is one left from my early days when I was sailing in laser std.
So we don't get to see the tacks? That's the only thing I came for! (To see how to do it well at such high wind speeds)
Awesome footage! How did you installed the cam?
Used a GoPro mount on the tiller. The cam is 360. So edited later on
do you have any tips on getting confident using the middle toe strap? ive got really long legs and its really scary! lol
