- At the national ATHS show in Harrisonburg, Virginia Jeff Miller took some time to talk about how he restored his 1958 Peterbilt 351. He speaks about where he got the truck from, what condition the truck was in when he got it, the paint job, pinstriping, custom parts and his thoughts on being an ATHS member.

Nice episode. Back in the day, I drove a 61' Needle Nose Pete (351 kit on 53 Autocar aluminum rails) as an OO tank rig (truck & trailer) hauling petroleum. I know the feel of that twin stick Pete real well. Nice trucks. That's fine example :-)
A beautiful truck. LOVE the IHC reskinned sleeper. Back when this truck was new. Sleepers were a add on. And you got in to it thru the rear window pass thru.

Awesome truck!!! If I could afford a truck like that and the fuel,I would make it my daily driver. To the supermarket and all.
That custom sleeper fabrication sure give it an authentic west coast look of the time. I remember many custom K W and Pete's back then had a shiny Mercury sleeper..It was a Pete option until 1977 when they started build their own Factory walk in sleeper.
Great looking truck & the color is great. Old school, I dosen.t get any better then that.
I had a W900B tri-drive in a similar color scheme, would go for that again !!

Super good choice of engine, 335 are reliable. I had a 1967 335 pumping 412 to the ground! Outstand job of bringing her back better!
