They probably make vegan Flan or you never saw them bake it. To be fair cooking them in the fridge is like a couple hours. If they don’t bake at all and have eggs, your stomach is an iron casket goddamn
I make a low fat, high protein, version of flan called tofu pudding. I top it with caramelized sugar syrup. Tastes almost the same and I don't feel guilty eating it.
