Uh, how much does it weight? I usually carry leatherman rebar for some minor hand work (shaping and cutting wire, file, screwdriver), Victorinox spartan (tweezers, bottle and can opener, stainless steel knife for preparing food), I may add some micro screw driver. Then it's zebralight H53c headlamp, spare NiMH AA battery, basic medicine, pencil, sheet of paper, piece of wire, safety pin, few banknotes. No USB cables, powerbank etc, I might add spare microSD card with SD adapter and USB-to-SD adapter to serve as USB drive and to solve problem with forgotten cards for camera or drone. I know, it's a personal selection and it may differ depending on job, place where you live, if it's for hiking, cause only really useful stuff is a medicine, paper tissues, small snack and likelihood of randomly needing pliers or strong flashlight is quite small. PS: sun reminds me to find small container for sunscreen and put into into pouch.
Indeed. It's totally personal preference. Haven't weighed it so I couldn't say, but it weighs a fair amount. I know especially the pliers and the light are tools I might not need every day, but there have been enough occasions where I did need them over the past couple of months to keep them in there. I also use that bike as a bike light to commute to and from work a couple times a week, so its nice that I don't need to recharge it every other day :)
I have both the maxpedition beefy and micro they are awesome. If your looking for a dedicated pouch for tech check out the peak design tech pouch. Little pricey but love the layout! Another great vid man 👍
I've got a micro pouch too. Although I use it year round. Lighter, Parker jotter pen, Small moleskin pad, AAA battery in label (prometheus beta QR brass in EDC), super glue, plasters, tailors tape, inhaler, titanium pill capsule, selection of screws, small s-biner, brass whistle and a leatherman Free P2. Don't go anywhere without it somewhere near me!! I would definitely like to see what you can get in the micro size. Keep it up!!!
Sounds like a great setup! How do you like the Free P2? And yes, I also always have my pouch with me. With the micro its obviously easier since its that much smaller and doesn't get in the way. The summer EDC pouch video will probably be out late may or in june. :)
Nice kit. I like Maxpedition pouches, and have tried a few different sizes. I usually keep my tech separate, and go a bit more tactical, otherwise very similar to your EDC. Sweet Olight!
Thanks! Yeah, Maxpedition makes some awesome pouches. I tried keeping the electronics seperate but I alternate between bags often and want to make sure that I always have at least the essentials if I carry over that one pouch. But thats what is so awesome about the whole EDC world. Everyones setup is slightly differnt and catered to their own needs.

What would you recommend as a good EDC pocket flashlight? I want one with at least 1000 lumens (as there’s many keyring sized flashlights with that type of power.) And not to chubby so it’s comfortable in the pocket. Wouldn’t mind a crowned bezel too. I did like the Olight baton but I wasn’t sure how chubby it was.
