@@Karairoo they seem to have deleted their comment but i was referring to the word "behind" being changed to "inside" the second time. there doesn't seem to be much reasoning behind it. also it seems to be rhymed too well for it to be a translation. even if it is, the efforts that were made to make it work are probably equal to those that you'd have to spent to come up with an entirely new song.
This song is basically about improving your appearance to look the best for your significant other. Ilda must've sacrificed her health so much despite the nurse's efforts to make her eat healthy. Perhaps Ilda misunderstood the nurse's help as jealousy. Although, considering what happened on Ilda's first date (based on Crazy Beauties II), there might be a possibility that her mental health might ruin everything she's been striving and longing for in the real world.
