First sentence sums of my recent experience exactly. It's uncanny really. I still believe that trick was a agent sent by some devious gangstalkers, targeting people with mental illnesses. She came in and got 2 of the hardest workers fired. I wouldn't give her the pleasure. I quit. Also, I'll admit my attendance wasn't perfect (not extreme by a long shot) but I worked my ass off before this .itch decided to go from singing praises to suddenly being a strictarian but ONLY about attendance. Not only did she overlook performance issues by other employees, compensated by myself, she ignored their and her own policy violations. Initially I was pissed, then went to being ok with it because I do find the break helpful. But conversely, I can't suppress my resentment because her intentions were clearly not in my best interest, even if I do benefit ultimately.

OK I was in a similar situation like yours but instead the woman was 13 year older than me and she was the manager plain as day , about 3 month on the job she started having her nails done, hair cut in Anita Baker style, now her hair was straight long to mid back, strawberry blonde, but she dye it black, she also put on jewelry, make up , necklace, I'm like why she wanna look like me, well come to find out that corporate feels she didn't meet the quota mark period every 3 month and bout to be fired so she was afraid younger people got bigger advantage over her so by she changes her appearance and try to get insight details on me n my co workers ideas she can keep her job and do better to get a raised, SMH I FOUND A DIFFERENT JOB BETTER THAN THAT ONE AND PAID ME MORE, all that negative energy!
