Nice how the Portishead references ring from multiple levels deep, both in singing and in music. (Great band that was.)
This is basically my favorite song ever. From Erez's chill vocals, to the organic tunes, to the beat itself

maybe a late answer, but the device is just a midi controller (akai mpd 32) and she probably uses the ableton looper device :D
