So I have a question is it better for you as far as real estate board goes to have an expungement done if you have a felony break that ground or is it better to not have it expunged and just go to the real estate board and talk to them about it in your opinion which way is better to go if you’re dealing with something like that
So I been watching your videos the recent ones. And theirs some subjects that aren’t their so I saw you have ones from like 2 years ago would that info be relevant to look at for today?
I have to say, I've been learning a whole lot from your five-year-old videos and I wasn't even thinking about taking the exam. I was interested in learning about how all these real estate vulture UA-camrs were describing about subject two or creative finance. How they would find defenseless elderly victims with dementia or pay off lawyers to help them find divorced couples in order to get first dibs at their homes for pennies on the dollar They would pay off the real estate agent in order to present in front of the seller and I always wondered how legal this was. A few would comment about maybe it was unethical or immoral, but most would ignore it because the money was so good. In your first video you only touched upon the subject matter for a brief moment. I suppose this is how Sam zell became a billionaire in real estate. Even for a first-time home buyer, all the money and education a person receives from the videos impossible future job opportunities if one chooses. 90hrs seems small compared to the amount of hours a person spends on UA-cam or ticktok or some other meaningless hobby that actually doesn't have a good longtime ROI.
