I absolutely love and adore Overtime! One of my favourite series to binge watch over and over again on UA-cam. Please don’t change the layout of the videos. The last few have been getting shorter then the average 20-30min videos. One of my favourite parts of Overtime was desk time and random conversation during and in between segments. I love seeing all five of your unique personalities and take on things; it’s hard to enjoy when screen time is not allowing it to shine through. I was hoping videos in the OT series would start becoming longer for an average of 25-35min. Unfortunately the OT videos have rather gotten dramatically shorter. Please bring back dramatic transitions into sessions! Please bring more desk time! Please bring back your outstanding intros (with full theme song) and outros. Please make sessions longer! I know it takes a lot of time, effort and money to make every Dude Perfect video and I appreciate the entire DP staff on working so incredibly hard. Dude Perfect has been my favourite UA-cam channel since I first watched you all as a kid 9 years ago. Just figured I would give some constructive criticism. Please don’t take it the wrong way, I love you guys! Wishing Dude Perfect as well as the crew and team a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Dude Perfect is realizing they don't need the watch time so much and they'd rather have new content to get people excited for merch, sponsorships, and live shows. So while die-hard fans like you would rather have longer videos, the more fast-paced structure can draw in a larger audience.
I love OT but this one felt super rushed! The 30min OTs feel a lot smoother and are more enjoyable. I hope y’all have a wonderful holiday season and I can’t wait for more OT.
UA-cam is now valuing audience retention a lot for how well a video does so having it fast pace keeps people watching it even though it might make it slightly less enjoyable.
This episode had amazing segments but felt really rushed. My family and I love OT. The intro, the time and chatter between segments are some of the best parts. Please keep those parts as well. Fast paced videos can be exciting but we think OT does better at a more moderate pace and when more fully developed.
unfortunately that's what UA-cam is turning into. They are trying to grow their fanbase and shorter, bite sized content is what is most popular now. Just look at how popular Tiktok is. They even posted a UA-cam Shorts video earlier and its already got a bunch of views. I'm assuming it could be something to do with the holiday season for this episode, but even the past few OTs have felt shorter and shorter. Less banter between and during segments. Hopefully they get back to longer ones
Remember when his peace helmet and Comfort Glove got destroyed and Tyler and the others despise them both so much, well now I am glad that Tyler gifted him peace in a chair for make up of his other not cool stuff!

The thing with overtime episodes being more rushed with skipping the in-between parts and making the pace of all the segments feel faster just feels weird, it loses some of that charm from previous Overtime and more feels like a quick get it over and done with to post faster situation, I think when it comes to overtime, Quality is better over quantity.

He chooses TY many times as a winner! Otherwise, hardly any of the kids chose the tall creation of his. If it was lower, more kids would have chosen it.

I also feel this way. My guess was they don't really want to spend Christmas recording a video Instead of being with family but who knows.
@@jabrielsmith Christmas is the 25th, only needed 1, 1 single day to record one. Then they have have 4-5 days to spend with family. Feel like more of an editor thing but whatever I guess.
I agree, but to be fair its hard for them to constantly put out fantastic content without a hiccup occasionally. Not the best ot, but it definitely had its moments!

Right?! Everyone else’s gift was several hundred dollars and his looks like something you order from QVC 🤷🏻♀️ Not saying gifts have to be expensive, but there was a definite difference between his and everyone else’s.
