- Complete coverage of "Seat at the Bar," Event 2 from both the Men's and Women's CrossFit competition at the 2023 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, Texas.
Seat of the Bar tasks the athletes with completing three sets of Log Muscle Ups (20/15/10 for the men, 15/10/5 for women) interspersed with three sets of 5 Back Squats (375LB for men, 260LB for women), measured for time. The men take the field first, and it soon becomes a showcase event for Ricky Garard, Pat Vellner, Bayley Martin, and Chandler Smith. On the women's side, Tia Toomey-Orr looks to win her second straight event, while Laura Horvath, Emma Lawson, and Alex Gazan are determined to gain ground on the 3x Invitational champ.

Vexillology, not geography smarty pants... vexillology is the study of flags, their history and corresponding relationships... geography is the location on places on maps wish is more in line with cartography. 🤷🏼♂️ 😘

I watched both of these heats and nowhere on either list of either heat was Emma Carey but at the end they listed her as finishing seventh in this event. What did I miss?
