HTM-R1 BULER is the most featured model among the three sportbikes that's looks and design somewhat copied the 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 250 model design. At the same time, it copies the blade-like front side fairing that is taken from the discontinued 2012 Honda CBR250R model. Thus, H Power HTM-R1 BULER holds quite a similar front assembly to Ninja 250 that includes the aggressive double pit headlamp assembly, larger windscreen, panel stabbed rearview mirrors, and fully digital ODO.
Here the motorcycle got it's own designed LED DRL over the double pit projector headlamp that looks cool. The handlebar of the motorcycle is the sporty split type but that is placed quite in a comfortable handling level. The fuel tank also copied the same Kawasaki Ninja styling where the front fairing is holding the same design that includes the panel-mounted front indicators. Here only the blade-like front side fairing is taken from the Honda CBR design that is also nicely attached to the engine underbelly pan.
In the rest, the motorcycle somewhat fully copies the Kawasaki Ninja 250 design and styling. It holds the quite same design in its sporty split seat, rear panel, the sporty compact tail that comes with a compact number plate hanger. Here the motorcycle featured its own designed rear wheel mudguard and fatty exhaust barrel that looks bold and sporty. Therefore, the motorcycle quite fully shadowed the Kawasaki Ninja styling and also comes with quite the same theme on the decal and sticker jobs. Meanwhile, the motorcycle comes with multiple color schemes that somewhat gave its own identity a bit.

The H Power HTM-R1 BULER is a Chinese manufactured sports motorcycle that is rebadged by H Power. The motorcycle holds a 160cc sport-tuned engine that features a single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooling system. The engine also features a bore stroke of 63.5mm X 62.02mm and a compression ratio of 9.0:1. It’s the 2-valve, carburetor engine that comes with 6-speed gear transmission and the starting method is electric only.
Hence this sports tuned engine that also used in two other sports models from H Power. The HTM-R1 BULER engine is tweaked for more sports performances hence the engine squeezes the maximum power of 20.8BHP@9,000RPM and a torque figure of 16NM@6,000RPM.
