It's not the first dancing cop, there are many, I love it, it's always funny.
Const. Singh is clearly a very caring, happy and well spoken individual very professional too. Yes community police and restorative justice have been shown repeatedly to be far more effective then punitive. When young people are engaged and treated with kindness and respect by police as Mr. Singh does in this situation it helps build their self worth. We all know people with high self worth are far less likely to commit any kind of crime weather violent or not they are happier and have good stress/life coping skills.

Cops don't have to be rude. Just cuz they have a badge doesn't make them better than anyone else
HowlOfMinerva cuz he is showing that he has respect to others and doesn't think he is better and came up to them not being rude.. he is an example of a great cop.. so many do not act like him.. it's nice to see a cop that is not rude and that will connect with ppl with a good way

Ok so I live in ajax which is just beside Pickering and we had an after school event at my elementary school and I was helping out. They brought this police officer there and my friends and I were wondering around the school so I'm a girl and I got dared to go into the boys bathroom and scream. So I'm like yea ok that's easy. So I walk in there and I scream and then I notice he is taking a piss. And I just froze and ran out
