[WR] Cell to 1st idea in

The 0:25 wr is genuinely hard to beat (I'll upload my 7-minute journey to beat that later) as there is so little time to save. I expect the record to stay for a long time (unless someone has the determination).
The only probable adjustment here is to scroll more efficiently but that I think will only save a second from the wr.
