The fact that God has to communicate with you through dreams means that you aren't paying attention in your life. Through the dream God shows you that you are being spiritually attacked during the course of your day or that He might be trying to warn you of what is to come. I suggest you try and clear your life like watch for what happens around whether it make you feel anxious or not , and then as Joseph said all interpretation of dreams comes from the Lord ask God to help with the dreams and lastly in order to overcome you must face the the thing to remove fear for God never gave us the spirit of fear.
