If iam in their place I could have built a simple and more spacious house then this helicopter design which will become congested as the childrens grow up

Agreed..just build a simple house.... Give priority to safety precautions & family security, fully sheltered from heat & rain, better natural ventilation & natural lighting. A more comfortable space can be provided internally & externally. Won't costly....for construction process
