- ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP VERSUS ANNAPURNA CIRCUIT
Annapurna Circuit and Annapurna base camp bother treks are in the legendary Annapurna region, which is the most diverse and popular trekking area in Nepal. Views of lush, fertile farmland and undisturbed natural forests, snow-capped mountains, and encounters with the mixture of many ethnic communities, all add up to a diverse range of experiences that make the Annapurna trek one of the most satisfying treks among all destinations in Nepal.
I personally prefer Annapurna Circuit over Annapurna Base camp but that doesn't mean that ABC is not pretty. Both are excellent treks but my vote goes for Annapurna Circuit if I have to select one between these two.
There are several things to consider before making a decision, here are some bonus tips for you,
No 1 your time frame. Annapurna circuit take longer days than the Annapurna base camp
No 2 Depends on your past trekking experience, both treks are challenging, as the Annapurna Circuit includes a high pass and longer days of trekking it is more challenging than the Annapurna base camp.
No 3 About your interest, if you are looking for a variety of landscapes, cultural experience, and trekking over 5000 meters then Annapurna circuit for you. Annapurna base camp gives you impressive mountain views, mostly walking under the tree lines in a short duration compared to the circuit trek.
No 4 both treks are popular, still, if you are looking for a less crowded trek Annapurna circuit for you. Annapurna base camp trek will be crowded most of the time.
Both treks are amazing and these tips hopefully give you the information needed to decide which route is best for you.

I am so impressed by the sceneries of a video posted by a woman who followed a young guide to trek EBC slowly and steadily. The sceneries in the video show Gokyo Lake, Ama Dablam base camp, Kala Patthar and many other amazing views. That kind of trip would leave a lifetime memory. After EBC, I would do an easy one like Annapurna Base Camp Trek. EBC is a must to see Mt. Everest. I fantasized about the mountain when I learned of the name as a primary school student.
I did the circuit twice (1981, 1986). Looking at videos on youtube it looks like quite a different experience now - more of a mass tourism thing. (Rather reminds me of lining up 300 meters to see the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy ;) The fresh air and the smells of smokey villages will not have changed though. thanks for a precise and informative video

I would do EBC first. I will be patient to wait for the right time.
That’s why a video blogger has gone to Nepal several times to take on different treks.
Pokara is a beautiful town. ABC and EBC are wonderful for my goal.
I have completed ABC trek after tihar it was a great experience and planning to do circuit on coming falgun.will there be Snowfall at that time and how much cost will be enough for solo Nepali traveller

Yes possible
The ABC circuit is still lower than EBC.

Sep supposed to be good, early sep still some chance of rain and cloud.
Which one is best ABC or Annapurna circuit
Both are trek have different beauty . Hard to say which one. Abc slightly easier and lower elevations and shorter trek then AC.

I remember that retired gentleman. It took him 22 years and 3 attempts to finally reach EBC. I don’t think I have health issue like him to take 3 times. I would take Diamox 2 days in advance before I start the trek when I go.
