- Join It Is Written Sabbath School host Eric Flickinger and this quarter's author, Mark Finley, as they provide additional insights into this week's Sabbath School lesson, "The War Behind All Wars."
One day, after reading a book written by Mark Finley, I was amazed of his trust in God. I long to have such a trust. So, I prayed, "O, God of Mark Finley, please be my God as well."
The Psalms lessons were amazing and now we're doing the Great Controversy? This is a GOOD year for Sabbath School. Pastor Mark, I don't know how you managed it in three months but I'm glad you took on the challenge.

Listening to this lesson tonight Friday evening. I wanted to see the companion book to the lessons. The store is closed for Sabbath. A notice, "Closed for Sabbath" I'm so glad to see it was closed. It opens sundown Saturday night after Sabbath.

Hello dear brothers and sisters around the world. We are so blessed to heave this quarter's lesson with Pastor Mark Finely.
The Great Controversy! No doubt we'll discover so many things about the war which started in heaven and going on on this earth.
Finley’s teachings are good. Like that, not judge God by events in the world.
The Great Controvery helped to chinch my decision to become a SDA. Almost 50 years ago.

I have a question for Pastor Mark from the lesson.
📌 What reason or reasons can you think of for Christ’s death on the cross? Was it to pay the ransom price for sin? If so, to whom was the ransom paid?
How I wish you would once again do it with Dr.Dragoslave
Look at next verse, vs 10, the battle was of words, as the accuser of the brethren.
Hmm…want to watch At the Cross to see what occurred.
If we are threatened with being brought back to life after death in order to be tormented should we not submit to God, then we do dot have freedom of choice, we must study to be set free from this lie that we will not die, we either sleep or perish, depending on our choice. Jesus died for everybody, once we sleep or perish, we cannot die again, there can be no double jeopardy, both Jesus and us cannot die the death that Jesus died or else the judge would become unjust. We either sleep in the blessed hope of the resurrection, or we perish like the animals, never to know anything that ever happens again.
@anthonyallen8780 what would you do with Revelation 20 given your interpretation?
2 Corinthians 5:21 says we might become the righteousness of Christ, that is, if we accept Christ's death in our behalf. We have a choice, to die for ourself or accept Christ's death on our behalf.
