is it lighter than a C200 on a DGS glidecam? the C200 on a DGS glidecam is 6.3 kg (13lbs) without grip unit and geez man, I can hold it for only about 10secs without a vest

Move yourself to keep consistent subject distance.
In terms of focus..is manual focus..you shoot on high aperture? Like F7 or something?
