As far as I know, chevening community has three main directions; climate change, inequality and science-technology. Should I write the last part of my essays only related to these subjects as a future leadership, networking plans?

Ask lang po sana ako regarding sa education documents details. Can we include MOOCs (non-degree but professional certificates only) or other training certificates as education qualification or undergrad and postgrad degrees lang po? Then sa education documents, dapat po ba yung mga naka indicate lang po talaga sa education details and iupload na documents po or pwede napo iadd yung additional educational activities? Great video! thank you. I am working on my essays and will submit in a couple days. Where do you stay? Do they fund your rent or do you have to stay in dormitory? Also, how much of time do the classes take? How many courses you take? Do you have authorization to work in UK part-time lets say. Thank you 🤍

and as i got my PHD degree from local university ... is this matter effect the chance of getting chevenning scholarship master degree as i dont deserve master degree and some others are in need for it or it doesnt matter or it will strength my chance ???

Hi! Most welcome! The Chevening application process is different from the university application process. You have to do them separately. As soon as you submit your Chevening application essays, I recommend that you start applying with your chosen universities asap!

Thank you Tina for the video. My questions is: Is it must to apply from your country where you have citizenship? What if you apply from different country but by your original citizenship? As I am taking my bachelor in different country. Will this still make me eligible to apply for my masters?

I applied to Chevening scholarships and selected 3 universities which I had already applied for, and selected the option ( yea I have already applied and my application is in process), but I applied to several universities.
Now I received a conditional offer letter from one of the universities which I haven't included to those 3 universities which I have listed to Chevening.
Now what should I do? how should I change it in my account and add that university which I have received an offer letter from? there is no option for changing the university list in the Chevening account.
Please HELP ME, I don't wanna lose this chance.

Nope, definitely not. Your work and leadership experiences are much more important factors!

You have to apply for your unconditional offer via the specific universities’ respective websites. :) I suggest you work on it right after you submit your Chevening essays. That’s what I did!
Thank you for your video and guidance, I wanna ask please, for the Chevening scholarship I got unconditional offers for January 2024 and I used them as my choice universities and from the look of things Chevening is for September entry

See if you can ask the school to defer your offer till September
Definitely email the universities to ask them to defer your admission for the September intake. They do agree to do this in most cases!
Hi Tina! I am also a corporate lawyer and a Chevening applicant from Turkey! I have a question for you: Would it be a bad idea to apply for the General LLM programs? Because schools like UCL, King's College etc. don't have specific LLM programs like Renewable Energy. Since you said it is of great importance to have one theme, I got a little confused. I would appreciate it if you could guide me through this process. Thank you!
Nope, I know a Chevener who did the General LLM program at QMUL-so it is defensible. It’s fine as long as you can show how the specific modules you will take, although under a General LLM title, relate to your current theme and to your future career plans. Good luck!

Hi! Application per uni is done via each uni’s website. Submit your Chevening application first, and then start applying to your unis. Good luck!

Only Master’s degrees!

Yes! You can do any taught master’s degree (not research master’s degree) in the UK!
