    I bought Nothing phone 1 from flipkart. They are charging 29Rs for secure tamper proof packaging. But when I received the phone, the outer case was normal cardboard with cello tape which was coming out. I called customer care to refund the amount charged in the name of secure packaging. They have not done it and i will now pursue it legally. I have kept my packaging intact. Taking customers for a ride @flipkart

    I bought Samsung tab s7 plus from Flipkart and the product was delivered on 30 March 2023 . When I booted my tab up the wifi didn't turned on at all . I called customer care executive they asked me go to Samsung service centre and get it fixed. I visited 3 service centre to get it fixed but they told that product is defective one and it is seller's responsibility to refund or replace the product. I then contacted Flipkart again they told the back end team will help . When back end team called he said that he can not help me and he is escalating issue with senior team. Then senior team called the lady on the phone just repeated the same thing. Now Me being a plus member feel so cheated that I can't explain. Product is under 7 days replacement policy yet Flipkart is denying despite the product being defective . I have uninstalled Flipkart and always advise others to stay away from Flipkart. Pathetic Company and Service

    I had ordered Ipad 9th gen. during BBD. There was no return policy in that product, Open box delivery policy was there but the delivery agent denied giving me open box delivery( product was delivered by Ecom xpress). Delivery agent told me that his company(Ecom xpress) isnt responsible for providing open box delivery. I straightaway contacted flipkart. They assured me to provide me Open box delivery only. They even assured me that my order wont get cancelled & they will be contact me with better resolution. But they just kept on pushing time required to solve the query.(its been more than 10 days but query is still unresolved). At last ordered got cancelled on its own. Such is the pathetic service of flipkart. Atleast fulfill the condition which u put during placing the order. Really Fed up of flipkart.

      I purchased iPad gen 9 back in July from chroma... Was 27k approx back then with card discount....
      Opted for store pick up then....
      From that experience I learnt to always purchase expensive products through store pick up only.... Avoid e-com's for that.
      Also go for iPad air 5 instead for gen 9 ... If you are planning for keeping it for 5-6 yrs..

    In my city, Flipkart's delivery patterns don't follow open box delivery method. If delivery location is 10km away from their office, they simply reject the delivery. Contacted customer care lots of time but they didn't resolve these issues.

      At delivery time i did open box delivery
      But the delivery boy said , we are third-party delivery services we can't give openbox delivery, he said only ekart Flipkart own delivery services gives open box delivery service

    Seriously, Flipkrt has changed a lot after Walmart has taken over. Customer misleading info were there previously but it was neutralised somewhat by Flipkart excellent service. But now they are moving away from service and are focussed on selling only with almost little to none responsibilities

      Bro.. flipkart is not the same anymore.. recently I had to cancel a product because flipkart while ordering showed me "delivery by 11 pm tomorrow" and guess what after I ordered, my delivery date bounced 7 days !
      It is fooling customers by making false promises !

    Flipkart nahi Scam Kart ban chuka hai eCommerce websites, they are taking customers for a ride. Same they did on the controversial iPhone 13 BBD sale.     Flipkart's policies are growing anti-customer and pro-seller lately. I still haven't received refund amount for a returned product & they've marked the status as refunded.

      In countries like US, Canada you can return any product within 15 days of purchase with no questions asked.

      If you paid using credit card, you can contact the credit card and file a dispute stating the same.

    I think Amazon is way better than flipkart in case of after sales service. I bought a printer 3 months ago from Amazon. I received a defective product. From the Amazon app I wasn't able to find an option for return or replacement. I simply called the customer care and they arranged a one-day replacement without asking any questions. I was very happy with the service. Things got sorted in a 1 minute call. The delivery guys are a bit dumb though

      True i kept clicking on buy now to buy an iPhone in BBDS in Flipkart just to get an error message …woke up the next day and ordered seamlessly on Amazon at the discounted price(iPhone 12 for 39k)

    Now a days actually there is no return policy on mobiles in flipkart. I already faced this bad experience. My nearest service centre was situated 20 km from my residence and the centre charged some money also. So don't buy online and just go to a mobile store.

      Chutya ho tum . Off-line ka phone may problem hai to kaha jao ga tabhi service centre ki Dhaaka khana hai seller kaam hai sell karna repair karna nahi. Ecommerce websites are a platform. Here you can find various types seller to find you need.

    Earlier it used to make sense for normal users to buy from big online brands like flipkart and amazon. But now all card offers are available on offline stores as well, It is much safer to buy from Reputed offline store even if you are paying 500-1000 Rs more.
    Also its better to support local business instead of big billionaire brands who are already making profit in crores

    I bought IQOO 9 PRO from amazon and after some days I had a lot of issues with the UI then I visited Vivo service centre and they just asked me for the proof of the issues. They replaced the device with a new one as they have a replacement policy for a month. Also Vivo gives free covers and screen guards installation. I really liked that just mentioning. Been to different devices but this kind of service was different ✌️

      @Aryan bro I have used almost every brand of Android phones and just came to IQOO after being the OnePlus fan. UI is literally good from what you guys have in your mind. Instead I kinda hate the color os implementation on OnePlus these days.
      For IQOO just a suggestion try to debloat or disable things that are of no use to you and you'll love it

    Bhai literally a bold move to discuss the issue by taking the names issues properly.
    Nowadays Flipkart is looting in every possible way and they have made new unauthorised and non accessible policies which we don't even know.
    If all the creators talk on the same issue at them it may reach them and may be they look into it to resolve, otherwise it's direct robbery and cheating

    I noticed this pattern of flipkart about 6-7 years back and switched to amazon. Till date, I have made sure that I dont use flipkart, my account is deactivated and also make my family members/relatives/friends aware about flipkart's patgetic policies.
    To me it's either Amazon or offline market to buy gadgets or electronics

      Bhai Amazon is faaaaaar better. Just purchase from genuine seller, check their rating. You will never be disappointed.
      Flipkart has blocked 4 accounts whereas my amazon account is 7 years old, done more than lakhs of shopping.
      Amazon is best.

    Came across alot of negative experiences from FK buyers during this sale period including account blocks when contacted for product return/replacement.
    I will definitely think twice before buying anything costly which is exclusively available on FK.
    Needless to say if it's available elsewhere, will buy from there but not FK.
    They are playing with customers and need to be taught a lesson.

    Flipkart's phone exchange policy is also very faulty. Flipkart waale har dam kosish karte hai taake exchange na kiya jaaye aur pura paisa deke aap product kharido. The same trouble is for phone and laptop exchange. Flipkart me they also told me once ki agar issue unke listed kuch issues me se na ho toh wo replace nahi kar sakte.

      mera bhai exchange waqt 2k dikhaya tha...magar wo delivery boy ne kaise bhi karke bola ki display mein problem hai exchange amount kam padega bolkar final exchange price 1450 hua.Fir after 8 hour message Aya ki "your exchange product has been cancelled during delivery". Matlab ki delivery boy ne wo mobile apne pass rakhliya hoga or wo bej dia hoga > 2k.

      I have returned mi 11x ordered from flipkart during delivery (before box opening). Even delivery person told to sell older devices on cashify Or even Amazon and to avoid buying future electronics from flipkart. Their policy change is even affecting them as they directly face disgruntled customers

      Same here bro. Ordered pixel 6a but the delivery guy didn't came for delivery and rejected my order at EOD and Flipkart kept promising dates for delivery and kept delaying. I finally cancelled the order for peace of mind.

    I have ordered something from Flipkart on Sep 22 and delivery date was on 2nd Oct but delayed the delivery to 10 oct and when I canceled it they charged cancellation fee .

    Mere saath bhi aisa hi kuch hua hai mare hp ke laptop main speakers ka issue ho gaya tha to maine replacement daal di thi fir flipkart se call aya aur bole ek technician aayga aur agar wo confirm karta hai to hum replacement ya paise wapis kar denge fir technician aya aur laptop check karne ke baad usko maine bola to usne replacement daal di aur fir DOA letter mila aur fir 5 din tak flipkart se koi response ni aya uske baad maine bahut saare tweets aur calls ki lekin kuch ni hua. Fir hp ne khud mujhse contact kiya aur khud se replacement ka responsibility li.

    Great work calling these companies out. I have been saying this for a very long time that Flipkart is not trustable at all and is merely running on made up policies which change as per their convenience. Amazon is following suit as well but not to Flipkart's extent. I have recently been buying all electronics directly from showrooms and I advise others the same.

    Flipkart applied 50rs return charges as according to them am returned so many product, but they made a hipe of easy 30 days return policy, so how could they implement such policy without and t&c. They should mention about this charges previously. They can't use such data

    Very bad return policy,
    Because if you got damaged product or Damage refurbished device in this case service centre refuse to exchange by saying this damaged is done by you so we can't replace it , we can repair it but sometimes they can charge you lots of money for repair every in warranty I purchased redmi phone in just few days it's display turned Black and service center refused to repair they said its damage is against our policy!
    Now that the phone of 23k is store in box which was only used just for few days .

    With convinience comes people who are more than happy to misuse it. Earlier. people used to simply order phones, try them and would return/replace if did not like them. And because of a very small minority who did that, the brands are making it hard for normal users to get the best customer experience. It's really sad. Thanks for shedding light on this issue.

    Thank you for making this video! I would like to add to this that Flipkart delivery partners don’t follow open box delivery at all, even in metro cities. I was told that I would have to do the open box delivery, but the delivery guy simply handed me the box and verbally told me that it doesn’t matter. Lots of misleading being done by Flipkart.

      we refused to accept a phone on Flipkart for not allowing open box delivery. However their app shows that they won't care for us if we don't receive correct item because we are asked to check for open box delivery

    I had to fight for a replacement from flipkart. One of the worst experience ever. The infinix note 11s came with scratches. Everything looks fine till I saw the scratches on the side. Just to prove that, they did a lot of circus to deny that. I literally had to go back and forth. After two weeks of fighting and proving it was a manufacturing defect, I got a replacement finally. Headache policies and process!

      @@diysai You have to produce the images from all angles. Top to bottom, front and back, ports. Main picture where display is having issue.
      You have to upload bases on their requirements. If you miss something, they will waste time.

      @Mithun Dias thank you for replying. The problem with my phone is the screen itself, which has a bubble on the inside. It can't be seen straight away, but if you tilt the phone at an angle, you can see a dent in the amoled display itself. First, they said we don't have a return policy and asked me to go to the service center. Then when I raised a return request on the app with the photos, they said that you'll get a resolution by 18 may which is outside of the return window. Even Samsung said that replacement is Flipkarts responsibility. I'm doubtful if Samsung will give me a replacement for such a minor issue. But flipkart is being very stupid.

      @@diysai You have to reiterate that it's a manufacturing defect. They will listen if you are persistent. Make sure you give a call and get connected to a superior who will deal with it better. Explain the scenario and tell it's clearly the manufacturing defect. Only when I turned on, I got to see it clearly and it needs to be replaced.
      It was a battle for two weeks. It wasn't easy yet I got it done.
      They are numbskulls for sure. What can the foot soldier do. They are directed to follow policies. They policy has a twist too. Only on special cases.
