The best in the trilogy, in my humble opinion.
Agreed 100%
Totally agree (although there are 5 films 🤔😉)
100% my all time favourite part
Absolutely, the father and son aspect adds even more charm.
The silliest and worst of the first 3.
This is my favorite movie of the franchise. 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' was incredible, but the inclusion of Sean Connery added a whole new level of entertainment; he and Harrison Ford played the father/son dynamic very well.
These guys are great. It is great to hear a non-western perspective!
Was great having Sean Connery play his dad.
RIP- Sean.😢
Every day I run home from work to see if there's a new movie to watch with Naveed & Mansoor! Been waiting for this one!
I can't wait until the guys get to watch these 80's Classics...... *"The Goonies,"* Tom Hank's movie *"BIG"* and *"Flight of the Navigator"* 🙂
@@seanpatton7406Personally I can’t wait for them to watch Predator 2 so I can see their reactions to a certain Easter egg.
What makes the Tickets scene even better is the German officer is wearing the SS uniform. They were the Nazis personal secret police and extra legal enforcement arm, untouchable. So when the ticket taker threw him out a window, it put the fear of death into the other passengers because he wasn't afraid of the dreaded SS.
SS were also elite military there several SS divisions made up of Muslims and even Indians.
@@toomanyaccounts Waffen SS were not a thing until the war.
@@wyrmshadow4374 March 1933 was when the basis of what the Waffen SS which was the new paramilitary wing of the Nazi party were formed. Last Crusade takes place in 1938.
Crazy to think that Sean Connery was not even 60 when this movie was made. He was always the old guy as far as i can remember. Then we have the bond movies of course..
I saw this in the theaters when it came out with my mother. I guess I would have been about 11. The end scared me to death. Yeah, that part.
Hehe, the knight then said, he chose wrong. It haunted me too!
I was 11 for Raiders, and the end of that one really scared me!
The actress playing Dr. Elsa Schneider was Alison Doody, who has not done a lot of movies in her career. However, she was in a big one recently. She played Catherine Buxton, the evil wife of Governor Scott Buxton in S.S. Rajamouli's film RRR. She was so nasty in that movie!
Indiana's full name is Professor Henry "Indiana" Jones, Junior. The name Indiana came from the creator of the character, George Lucas. He had a big dog named Indiana...which is why the older Dr. Jones says, "We named the dog Indiana!: The dog was also the inspiration for Chewbacca in the Star Wars films.
I don't know if you caught it...John Rhys Davies who plays Salah was Gimli the Dwarf and Treebeard the Ent in Lord of the Rings.
God bless you guys for reacting to this masterpiece of a movie!
Last one I watched in the movie theaters with my family. It was a big event. For me, the best in the series
If they enjoyed the story of the holy Grail they might enjoy EXCALIBUR (1981).
I think they'll like Willow. Great adventure/fantasy movie 😊
Great movie! My favorite of the series, it has Sean Connery in it as the father. Another great movie with him in it is called The Medicine MSN. One of the best movies I've ever watched.
The ruins they went into for the grail cave are a real site located at Petra in Jordan. I visited there once. The real cave is just a small room behind the large facade though. The columns were hewn into the rock by Hellenistic settlers, and they also have an amphitheater and some other storage and shelter caves. Today, goat herders use the caves to shelter the animals, apart from showing tourists around the place.
They recently found a secret room/basement in the Treasury.
Did you know that Saleh is also the dwarf Gimli, in Lord of the Ring.
*This past year the actors playing Indy and Short Round reunited at an awards show, after 40 years of not seeing each other, and they were crying and hugging and he recognized Short Round even though he was a kid last they worked together. It was beautiful.*
"Are there any more? We'll watch them." No, boys, please dont. The sad part is, I know youll enjoy them, so I shouldnt tell you not to watch them, but the adventures of Indiana Jones are officially over here.
I kinda think kingdom of the crystal skull is a worthy conclusion to the Indiana Jones saga but im probably in the minority on this take
No they aren’t over and never were. 4 and 5 were better than the negative fans give them credit for. I’m glad these guys aren’t tainted with western negativity.
Good lord, so soon.
My favourite of the trilogy
Enjoy 🤩
*Often the most precious things present themselves as the most humblest and unadorned things. All that glitters is not gold.*
I've been curious what their families think of them getting to watch so many movies.
Best line: "Salah, I said NO camels, that's five camels; can't you count?!"
My favorite of the franchise. The late River Phoenix playing young Indy and the late Sir Sean Connery as his father are some of the best casting ever!!
What a great finale to the classic trilogy! Perfect ending for the franchise, i'm glad they ended on this and didn't make any more awful sequels to make money off them. Right?
I know right could you imagine.
Guys, this is where "THEY" should have stopped, but there were 2 more Indiana Jones movies after this one... *"Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls - 2008."* The last one was *"Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny 2023"*
@@seanpatton7406 r/woooooooosh
@@seanpatton7406 Now I kinda want Indiana Jones and the Pocket Watch Of Time.
Right! There never were any more. Good thing too. As you say, anything more would have been a waste, and just a money grab by greedy studios, but thankfully Lucasfilm decided they didn't need the money, and they just left the series as it is - a trilogy.
I don't know how many people know this, but the guy who gave his fedora to young Indi is Marion's father. Yeah, it's Abner Ravenwood.
Abner Ravenwood never appeared in the films; the man is simply called 'Fedora'.
Abner was to appear in one of the early story outlines for the fourth film where he was found to be still alive, but that character was replaced with another played by John Hurt. Marion Ravenwood appeared instead.
@@thoso1973 The Fedora character at the beginning of the film was originally supposed to be Abner Ravenwood, but the idea was dropped in the final script.
It was dropped to call him Abner. But there's nothing in there to explicitly state he isn't. I've always considered him to be Abner.
If I remember right, that fedora guy that gave Indiana his hat is named something odd like Marv or something. Look it up and you’ll know what I mean.
These two guys are amazing. They understand better about the significance of the Holy Grail than "Western" _{ahem}_ Christian reactors
Love the first three Indiana Jones movies, they are The epitome of epic swashbuckling Adventure! But i have a soft spot on this one, especially after my dad passed away
Buildings like Petra are also in Saudi's Arabia and Egypt. They could be 8000 years old except Cleopatras Palace.
In case you care to know. That last place they went to. The outside part carved into the sand stone is a real place many hundreds of years old. But the inside is only one small room in real life.
Indiana Jones' father is 007 James Bond, no wonder Indy is so great.
They should most definitety watch 'Highlander' from 1986... :-)
The last location where they found the cup was in the country of Jordan.
Petra to be specific
I love these guys. Do the original ghostbusters.
The guys should watch "The Rocketeer" - it's set at the same time as Indiana Jones and it's a fun and exciting adventure very much like this one, but set in the USA. Also, "Monty Python's Life of Brian" - it's also set in the Christian and Jewish Holy Land, but it's really funny.
Great reaction gents, this is my favourite. A perfect balance of action, suspense and comedy..... Please add the Lethal weapon series to the list
I feel that Raiders is the better movie, but the relationship between Indy and his Father make this one so much more fun!
@@capnmoby13 I agree, I should have said 'favourite re-watch'. This is a continuation of a great character, Raiders is the serious beginning. 👍
If you like this type of adventure movies then I highly recommend The Mummy and National Treasure. 😊
Well, the Indiana Jones series was never meant to be historically accurate. Inspired by history, is a better description. But it doesn't matter. It was all good fun and humour.
Watching the Indiana Jones movies with these guys has been a real treat! I hope they get all sorts of different movies coming their way. I suggested Poltergeist once before, for a good horror/ghost movie. But I'd also like to suggest something a bit different-- A Dog's Purpose. I'd like to see what they think of a good dog movie.
That's good idea
how about Hachi: A Dog's Tale (2009)
You 2 had as much fun as I did when 1st seen the movie.
There's sooo many great movies out there. Some realistic, some pure fantasy, and the extremely funny ones.
Should watch Cheech& Chong - up in smoke. Monty Python's- the meaning of life .
On to the 4th and 5th Indy movies !
Facial expressions of homie on the right had me rolling @ 8:08 😂😂😂
Again another fantastic reaction!!! Keep it up!!!
Their Reaction to Schindlers list and their love of history is why I think Schindlers LIst is a good one.
It is also is watch list
@@Cinephilesreact786 are you planning on loading their full reactions on your Patreon? I joind but you haven't posted much yet.
I'll soon post uncut or unedited videos their. Maybe from 1st October
Admins, GREAT job!!! Now that the guys have seen the actor Sean Connery (RIP 😢), could you start showing the guys some of his AWESOME Movies 🍿🎥??? This movie and *"The Rock"* are my favs from him. Also Sean Connery was the 1st "James Bond" actor 40+ years ago, if you choose to research and show the guys James Bond Movies 🍿🎥!!!
Yes, this was really the best movie out of the original trilogy.
Good reaction! 👍👌
This is a great reaction channel. I like to see you guys having fun
I'm not sure if you're familiar or not, but the actor who played Indy's father, Sean Connery, was originally known for being the first to play James Bond in the movies. He played the part in six films, as well as an unofficial one later on.
Famous also for:
The name of the rose
The hunt for red October
But his last appearance as bond was officially in the from Russia with love videogame in 2006
the tv show "Climax!" episode "Casino Royale" (1954) was the first live action adaption of James Bond. amazing how much has been lost
@@palantir135 Red October would be a great one for them to react to!
Dont forget The Untouchables (1987)
How the Indiana Jones movies should be ranked:
Raiders of the Lost Ark 9/10
The Temple of Doom 8/10
The Last Crusade 10/10
Kingdom of the Crystal Skull 6/10
Dial of Destiny 3/10 (We do not speak of this one)
Salah, gimli from Lord of the rings
fun fact Michael shread that plays Hitler was in the empire strikes back who played admiral ozzie that was chock forced to death .
River Phoenix who plays the young Indiana Jones they cast him because he looked like a young Indiana Jones, the start I like as it should you Indiana has a fear of snakes how he got the scar on his chin..and how he got his fedora hat.
there was a young indy tv series with 28 episodes and 4 made for tv movies
@@toomanyaccounts remember that show🙂
My dudes face on the right @ 12:14 😂
I agree with the opinion: Greed is bad
I think they should also watch kingdom of the crystal skull yes it's the worst of the 4 movies but it's still really good and has the perfect ending
Very good video I love these guys and their reactions to these great movies keep on with the good work. I have a request to make for Mansoor and Naveed: Watch the movie Kingdom Of Heaven (2005) it is very similar to Gladiator and is a very good movie.
❤❤❤❤😂 These reactions are priceless! I love these guys.
Glad you like them!
please watch "Rocketeer" (1991) i think they would really like it
Don't let them watch the 4th and 5th film, keep them pure.
Another great reaction by Naveed and Mansoor. These gentlemen are just so engaging. I would love to see them react to a good Western. Tombstone, or Unforgiven would be good ones.
I recommended Quick and the Dead (1995)
I vote Tombstone.
I want the Dollar Trilogie!😊
That's the last of the good ones unfortunately :(
All the IJ movies are good all three of them.
Loving these videos. Few more suggestions: 2012, The Rock, Con Air, Face/Off, The Matrix 1, 2 & 3, Constantine, John Wick 1, 2, 3 & 4, True Lies, Eraser, The Raid 1 & 2. Great work from everyone as usual 👍
This is the best movie in the trilogy. But if they truly love these kind of adventures please try National Treasure. Or the pirates movies. It might be confusing but I don’t see that being a problem with them.
I love your reactions and please keep them coming
Also I love you have a couch. Make it a true movie experience and add some snacks and drinks.
Fantastic reaction as always❤
So wonderful getting to see the boys laughing so much and enjoying themselves again instead of being terrified or upset, which they have been for the last few films.
I'd love to see them watch Ghostbusters and Goonies.❤
🍿🥤😊
I love all five of these movies. Best movie franchise ever, probably.
Apparently there are people unaware of the two movies following this one. I recommend watching them, they're really good.
@@leesmapman4764 They aren't unaware of them, those movies just don't measure up to the original trilogy.
@@DV80s strange.
@@leesmapman4764 they aren't good especially the last which has fleabag
@@toomanyaccounts oh no, no fleabags
Loved it but raiders of the lost ark was my favourite ❤
Ya this is the last of the good Indiana Jones movies. You shouldnt show them the next 2 bad ones that would be cruel. lol
These three Indiana Jones movies are the good ones. The other two or three are not worth reacting too in my opinion
Which of the trilogy were their favorites?
Snakes, rats, and icky foods. Shivers ga?ore
jurassic park 3
please :3
Good evening gentlemen..lovelovelove ❤️🌸🌈✌🏻
Please watch 4th and 5th this still good movie
Next up?
The Crystal skull.
Best joke:
Elsa couldn't....Let it go!
The legend of the Holy Grail is not biblical. There is nothing about a cup to catch Christ's blood in the accounts in the books of the Bible. It is a legend that I believe arose during medieval times since relics were such a big thing during those days.
The only cup mentioned, that I can recall, is at the Last Supper when Christ is eating meal with his disciples.
and what are you thoughts on the spear of destiny?
@@toomanyaccounts Another medieval relic. How can anyone know those nails were from the cross Christ was nailed to? Also, there are like 3 spears of destiny claimed by two countries and the Vatican I believe.
Christ was pierced by a spear, that's the only text about that, but no mention of that spear afterward, at least not in the Bible and when the Bible does talk about the piercing, it's about the wound and not the spear and that not a bone was broken.
@@DV80s the question you should ask is why such a thing would be considered holy and be sought after rather than something tainted and that should be locked away with wards to keep it contained
@@toomanyaccounts Well, these people that have these relics believe in the objects they have. Also, like I said, relics were something that were revered by the people of the past and they were also very religious, so having an object that once pierced Christ's body, or contained his blood, would be an awe-inspiring object, it's almost as if you are able to touch Christ through an object that touched him. It's like we might think to ourselves how we met someone that knows Harrison Ford, it's like we are one person away from being there with him. Just the best analogy I can think of what very religious people of the past would have felt over these relics that are associated with Christ.
The difference is that they would associate these relics with spiritual powers because in the Bible a woman touching the hem of Christ's robe was healed. Paul would send handkerchiefs that touched his skin and these were used to heal people, so you can see how relics might be viewed as powerful objects by people of the past.
Indy states it is as a Arthur Legend.
Please stop with the original trilogy. The other two movies are simply not very good and might leave a bad taste in your mouth. It's better to leave the franchise on a high note with the characters riding off into the sunset.
I'm sorry you must be severely deluded because everyone knows there's only ever been 3 Indiana Jones movies.
Sorry you must be deluded since there’s 5 movies. And 4 and 5 were good. Quit your whining:

Dune (2021)
Kingdom of Heaven
AKIRA
Conan the Barbarian (original)

Indiana Jones 4 and 5, what are you smoking? There's only 3.
@@Buckaroo_Baldwinpeople always say that it's only a trilogy but Lucas always planned on making a 4th movie and ford wanted a 5th one so he made it
@@MrMagicianJr Just because something is intended to be made, doesn't mean it should be made. As far as I'm concerned, Indiana Jones series ended with The Last Crusade. And Star Wars was episodes 1-6.
@@MrMagicianJr Yeah, but 4 and 5 are shit. Just let these guys watch good movies, not just the next one in the series. Show them the best of what cinema has to offer show them the movies that have stood the test of time, the ones that defined generations and changed the landscape of cinema, movies with amazing set design and wardrobe actual characterisation and an intriguing plot with amazing iconic scores like Williams, Elfman, Goldsmith and good old practical FX show them the works or Baker, Winston, Bottin. Because that time is now well and truly over, movies are just shit now.
Please don’t show them this last Indy movie Indian Jones and the Dial of Destiny. They RUINED the whole franchise, by turning Indy into a weak, pathetic old man that just wants to die. It’s a horrible movie.
Please stop with this Indiana Jones film. Don't show them any more. Indiana Jones is a trilogy and not even Spielberg or Lucas can tell me different!
Well too bad, because it’s not a trilogy.
