No it's not. Fuck Spotify and their whole business model. When they took it all down I already had 80% of the MIH songs I liked saved offline after buying them off Bandcamp, and then discovered more via Kelsey's upload. Streaming-only services suck ass, stop using them and giving them this power to take away your music.
It's my understanding that they had a sort of falling out that involved lawyers & conflict over the music's rights :( They were also a couple, so it may have been messy.
A friend of mine sent me Murakami, said it helped her through some tough times. Found the rest of the album here and I gotta say I am blessed. This music is something I can't even describe.
