For those of you who aren't familiar, this is a new group from Revue Starlight! This is not connected to any anime, it's a PV for a new single released alongside a new stage play that is currently going on (Oct 14-24 2022). The girls are 2nd year middle school students (officially called Junior High) at Siegfeld Institute of Music, which is a school originally from the mobile game, Revue Starlight Re LIVE. All 5 of them have a motif of an extinct animal, because they are "destined to disappear from the stage", and they have to change that fate. (more abt the characters in the replies)
Stella Takachiho (main character with pink hair) is originally from Munich, Germany (she's 1/4th Japanese) and came to Siegfeld in Japan for a new start after making a mistake on stage which she couldn't recover from. Her grandmother is the headmaster of the school, and her legal last name is Siegfeld. Her motif is Steller's sea cow. Shiro Ogami (white hair) is a maid to the Siegfeld family, and Stella's closest friend and the only one who was there for her after her mistake, and swore to protect her no matter what happens. Her motif is the Newfoundland wolf. Ryoko Kobato (short blonde hair) is from a poor family and has a lot of siblings. She got into Siegfeld unexpectedly and hopes to become a star so she can support her family one day, but she's struggling to keep up. Her motif is the passenger pigeon. Minku Umibe (yellow-pink braids) was formerly the center of a large idol group which was disbanded (another character from the game, Ichie, was also in the group and was her mentor). She came to Siegfeld because her childhood friend, Kuina, was there and she loved how much fun Kuina seemed to have when she talked about the stage. Her motif is the sea mink. Kuina Moriyasu (black hair) is the class president and aims to become Frau Platin one day (basically the king of the school). She's a huge fan of the current Frau Platin, Akira Yukishiro. She's always on edge, practicing alone, and gave up everything fun for the stage. Her motif is the red rail. They clash and fight in Revues in order to avoid their fates of disappearing from the stage, and regain their shine. Please support these kids ✨
I really hope this can get more eyes on the games and subsequently the series as a whole so maybe we can have a second season of the anime. The gacha is good but, the production value of the anime was so wonderful. But, if nothing else comes from it well...I understand.
Yeah Arcana Arcadia arc had so many badass scene/revue. Like Banana vs Maya. Aruru vs Misora, Shizuha, Tsukasa & Lalafin. Shiori vs Fumi. Tamao vs Kaoruko. Akira vs Mei Fan & Yachiyo, etc
The amount of push the middle school has been receiving is insane, but when I see all the love and passion of the seiyuu, with them primarily going off to different prefectures to just hand out cards, I think they really deserve it 😊
@@jorgeestebanjaramilloperez2376 10 would certainly be a tall order, they were already pushing it with nine and a couple characters got left in the dust bc of that. If they do, it better have more than 12eps. I mean, currently Starlight’s so good ‘cause it’s got basically 18 episodes (runtime wise) and some characters are STILL not complete cult hits. So, I’d be hyped, but I also kinda wish they just tied Seisho’s story up with Seiran in another film.

They add more interesting character into series. •Stella have MC aura and energy vibes so far, have so much potential to growth •Shiro is still Stella guardian/maid (?), need more development for her character •Ryoko remind me of timid Shiori, her boomerang is interesting too and she is fighting for her family like Mahiru, can develop her story more •Minku, Yachiyo vibes and junior of Ichie in idol group before (*spoiler) a genius, of course she can still grow as character •Kuina is class president, strict and hardworker. She is strong and we see her weight training here shows her determination to be Edel and Akira fans (like Mei Fan). Its interesting to see how her character growth and her fight to get closer to her goal.
It’s not an anime it’s a PV for a game called Revue Starlight Relive. That game though is honestly not the best though because it’s a Gacha game and there’s meta.
