Life sucks for me at this point, recovering from a brain injury for around 2 and a half years now, but i slowly get better and i build off my improvements to keep pushing forward. I know I will get into body building shape again at some point. It is always helpful to watch your info. Bodybuilding shape to not working out for around 2 and a half years now. I lost everything and now im homeless going couch to couch, but i will gain it all back because i always had a champion mind sets.

hahaah oh man.... this video really clicked with me.... very similar to my position... went from business turning over 400k a year had a down turn, business crumbled, had to downsize and move in with my parents (still there 2 years later).... i've lost my license and live far from the city (really hard to meet girls).... ..after 3 to 4 years of of being broke and life sucking.... BUT i've been working my arse off and been investing my money and live is finally starting to turn around, feeling very excited about the future!!!!

Recently loss my Mom to breast cancer. Things didn’t work out with the girl I had a crush on and been dating. Those two things alone turn my world upside down, in different ways. But I keep getting up and showing up, every day. Got a new job at my dream company, been very consistent at the gym, still setting up dates and meeting women, even when I don’t 100% feel like it, making the most of my days off. The days feel cloudy but I pull out my umbrella and still show up.

Hard times atm. Me and my friend who live together got scabies for the 2nd time in 2 months. Since then we do laundry every day and wash everything we have worn once. Being off to work for 12 hours every day (driving inclusive) and still trying to get my DJ career off on the side. Some shows in the next weeks tho. Twice a week we got a seminar for work which is in the evening until half past 8. End of november we got our final exams and I am really struggling to believe in myself and not give up because it kind of overwhelms me. Co workers talk badly about another class mate from another company which also has been in my head and disappointed me so it was hard to focus on studying. Got a gf which lives 1 1/2 hours from here so we meet at the weekends ever few weeks which gives me energy back but also takes time. Since 3 weeks i am sick of a cold which wont go away bc I dont have time and energy to do my sports and bc of stress I sleep badly and the cold that I have wont go away. Additionally i stopped smoking weed two weeks ago from one day to another after months of daily comsumption. Im not complaining but more feel like the universe is testing me and my strength and once I lost emotional control which I dont want to happen. That has shown me how much I can handle and there was the limit. Just feeling fucked and drained but it wont be long anymore. Stay strong guys, we all got this! I always try to take it with a smile each time something else comes up. Just like life, the universe or god (whatever) is tryna troll and test you :D
    Stay humble, stay strong!

But she is falling in love. Funny thing is, earlier I never believed this would happen. I am an international student in Canada and she is a local, keeping my fingers crossed I think she likes me a lot. But hell, if she decides to walk away I know I have choices. You rock, bro! Don’t give up. Fix your attitude and keep focused. Keep doing the things that aren’t fun in the moment that will payoff in the future. We can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. Simply Believe. Thank God for everything you do have. Be thankful. Humble yourself before the Lord and he will lift you up. Blessing to y’all! We all have those times when we’re going through it. God won’t give you more then you can handle. Keep your head up. Pray. One step and day at a time. Go do the thing 👏

Focusing (or in my case, reminding myself) on your goals is the best way to get yourself back on the rails. It's like rain during a drought; I've been struggling with feelings of worthlessness and loss of direction these past few weeks. It's like living with two people in my head; The Alpha and the Beta.

5:00 Sleeping on dad’s coach and waiting tables 3 nights/week to earn enough extra money to keep pay for click campaigns going on Google, pay his web developer, and keep experimenting so he could figure out a successful business model when CW transitioned from being in real estate to a life coach. People were telling him he’s nuts, that he should go get a job.
9:40 Be willing to suffer and go without, because you believe someday it was going to pay off. To go from being really successful, to spending several years not achieving the kind of success and having your quality of life suffer sucks ass.
11:45 Confidence comes from doing something you know how to do, and doing it really well.
12:45 You have to accept the fact that being successful means that you become okay with failing. As an entrepreneur, you’ll try and implement many things that don’t work out. *But every single time that you try something, you learn something.* That’s the way positive winners think - it’s simply a matter of time, it’s not a matter of hope (Thomas Edison). But if you give up and you quit, that’s ultimate failure.
13:45 The only person you’ve got to make happy and to satisfy is yourself. If you can get up everyday knowing what you want, and why you want it, and have a compelling vision for your life, you need to break down your little goals into big goals you can accomplish today.
17:18 *Confidence is being fearless enough to be okay with taking a shot and failing.* So what? You at least gotta show up in life. Half the battle of being successful is just showing up.
