    lab to beauty’s facial cleanser has helped my skin so much! that + doing a tea tree oil facial scrub once a week

    I would say accutane is probably the best for skin! Aside from that, very gentle and simple skincare, including spf in the morning and a cleanser then moisturiser in the evening. Vegan diets are also good. I have rosacea that reacts even when I touch my face with water!! ;-; Hope this helps in some way

    What helped me with my skin was cutting of cow milk! It really helped. But also face rollers!

      Thank you, I’ve tried cutting out all dairy in the past (pre Ed) and I’ve been to see a dermatologist multiple times and tried many many things including diet and they sadly don’t work and also wouldn’t be great for my eating disorder recovery right now ❤️ but maybe face rollers I’ll give them a try :)
