Whenever it it open, your keyboard controls don't work. You can't move, steer, switch to binoculars, etc. There's no reason it shouldn't let you use the keyboard, it works for the very similar chat menu, and it can't be for balance, as literally every single person has access to it.

Lol apds can one shot a panther frontally by hitting the ammo rack or just hit the driver and gunner at the same time. After all you level your gun first when yr slower

I'm pretty sure it's short for Spårljuspansarprojektil (SL = tracer/guidelight, P = armor, PRJ = projectile). Not much worse to pronounce than APHECBCT :D

He fought against German and Italian squadrons during the Battle of France, then when the British started attacking Vichy France, shot down British planes in Africa. He ultimately joined the Allies after Torch, and died in a crash shortly after.
15:13 The answer Bruce gave about the multifunction-menu is just partially true. I´ll give you a concrete example.
Airplanes separate engine management:
Toggle on bia the menu: The separate engine management is indeed switched on, but the menu doesn´t disappear, so a part of the screen remains blocked and also all other keyboard inputs are blocked.
If you close the menu manually: Obviously the menu disappears and the normal keyboard inputs are recovered, BUT the engines return to global mode.
At least to me it makes no sense.
I believe this is still an issue a whole year later with my P-38's, but by the point that I've got to shut off an engine to save it, it's definitely not combat worthy unless I'm looking for the sweet release of death and maybe one last frag. I'd be flying home by then, and maybe even switching to mouse control to keep the aircraft in the air.

to be fair, in a head on, 1v1 engagement between all these tanks. the panther A would win easily: the best penetration, impenetrable front plate and trolly turret armor, its APHE is good enough to oneshot shermans and T34-85s with ease.

Are you sure about the flaps though? Sure, landing flaps allow for a lower stall speed which translates into shorter landings, but flaps also generate a lot of lift, which decreases the brakes effectiveness, and since those generate a lot more breaking power than the small drag generated by the flaps you should retract your flaps once you touch the ground.

To be fair, the Centurion's armor is more reliable than one would think, it confidently bounces shells at medium and longer ranges... Most people shoot the UFP and fail to pen

the regular char 2c would most likely get shredded by panzer IIs and pumas because of its 20mm side armor, but the up-armored Lorraine with 90mm front and 75mm side would probably be ok
Gaijin, I have a question about every P-51 and two about the P-51D-5. The question about the P-51s is: Why are the elevator wrong? Every P-51 in the game has to small elevator flaps, they reached until the end. And the questions about the P-51D-5 are: Is the cockpit finished, because it feautures not as many details like the cockpit from the P-47 or the P-40. The other question is: Why is there a P-51D-5 with late production tail in the picture of the vehiclecard, but the D-5 you can play has an early tail?

I feel like the tank triathlons should he held in an actual battle. Say they would do 5 to 7 battles with each tank and see which preforms better, like zones captured, tanks destroyed, survivability/armor , and over all effectiveness. For the zone captured and survivability could be how long you could defend the point from incoming tanks and brawl capabilities. The Tanks destroyed portion could be about how may tanks were destroyed and its one shot capability. And the overall effectiveness could be a summary of the above.
Will you make something about helicopter enduring confrontation, because it's absolutely unplayable for new players in helicopter.

When are Super carriers coming
For landings, as soon as you touch down, RETRACT your flaps. This will decrease the lift generated by your wings, and in turn put more weight on the brakes, making them more effective. I do this in real life as well when performing short field landings.
Appreciate the advice from an STOL pilot! However, for planes like the Corsair which feature a 60% flaps position making them act like flaps and airbrakes, I'd probably continue to leave them out... Chop-and-drop is one hell of a method if you don't care about the spine of the pilot inside.

@@dylansmudz7995 Ikr keyboards have lots of buttons and they put it on there but xbox controllers only have 22 buttons that you can use and that's included the sticks
It's like lb+rb+lt just to turn off engines and I had to bind that myself
The American entry for the mid tier medium triathlon should have been the T25. Somehow some of the often mocked Sherman series variant got their BR increased including the M4A3E8 resulting on the said tank now on-par with the likes of the Centurion and Panther. Weird huh?

In one of the battles I had with the tiger h1 a Sherman sa50 shot through my mg on the hull even though it just created a hill and had no time to aim

Console controls need a massive revamp, 90% of commands are unavailable for console.
The sniping range aka zeroing? You can still change that even on consoles. (iam on xbox myself so i know it)
@@julianviefers6703 You can bind it but i never bothered, i just lift the gun and fire that way. Regardless, a lot of thing, especially in air, cant be binded in console and PC players will always have an edge there
Think you can make a setting to where we can choose bindings for chat. (Squad, team and All) Instead of pressing tab multiple times to go through the cycle

Would you guys ever allow the test driving of vehicles that a player can’t yet research? For example, I can’t currently research the Phantom but would like to test drive it.
People might argue "But then nobody would grind them if they can test drive them" but I think people will grind to use vehicles they enjoy, and if they find they won't enjoy/like a vehicle, why not let them make an informed choice to not grind to it?

Hey I think it would be awesome to see the Strümtiger added to the game I understand when the game was younger in its days it would probably be OP but now with all the new vehicles added to the game I think it would be cool to see it at 6.0-7.0 depending on how you guys determine how the armor and its pen would work.
Is it possible for us to see some more American wheeled vehicles in the game? Especially at higher BR (something to counter the Type 16/Centauro/Radkampfwagen) :)

Quick question on manual engine controls, when you control the prop pitch, how realistic is it currently modelled in the game?
By the looks of things, setting the pitch to 100% seems to not overrev the engine unless you're firewalling the throttle from a standstill on most props.
My question is: the multi function menu opens, i press a key for anything, and it doesn't do anything, won't activate thermals, won't turn off the engine does nothing no matter what i do i even set up all my key bindings manually

Yes, you repair/rearm, J out, and pick your new things before spawning back in. Unfortunately it doesn't work for ground RB.
