Beat'em up de Irem no muy conocido y de gran calidad. Gráficos excelentes, jugabilidad directa con tan sólo dos botones, y surrealismo y sentido del humor por los cuatro costados. Los glitches gráficos en las escenas intermedias se deben a problemas con la emulación.
Un detalle importante es que los cuatro personajes son completamente diferentes entre sí y tienen dos o tres habilidades especiales que se realizan de forma distinta. Además, existen dos movimientos genéricos para todos, que son la típica magia bestia que elimina todo lo que hay en pantalla (salto, izquierda, derecha y golpe), y luego el movimiento usual de escape que también quita vida, simplemente pulsando los dos botones a la vez.
Escojo a Ryno porque era el personaje que me solía coger cuando era un chaval y jugaba en los recreativos. Los movimientos especiales con Ryno se realizan pulsando salto, arriba, abajo y golpe. Hay otra variante que es agilizando el proceso y sin que salgan los rayos de las piernas, pero es más complicado de llevar a cabo. Este sería pulsando salto, en el aire pulsar los dos botones a la vez, después arriba, abajo y golpe.
El juego no es muy difícil, y en hardest lo que he visto son más enemigos y que quitan más. Eso sí, en la última pantalla hay que darse un poco de prisa que el tiempo va justo.
Hay una manera muy fácil de acabar con los jefes finales y que vale con cualquier personaje. Esta consiste en agarrarlos, darles dos golpes, y esperar a que se suelten para inmediamente cogerlos otra vez. No he querido usarla ya que es muy cansina y rebaja la dificultad del juego mucho.
Superb overlooked beat'em up from Irem. Beautiful graphics, extremely fun, and really easy to control with many different movements with only two buttons. The graphic glitches that appear during cutscenes are problems with this game emulation on Mame.
I use Ryno because he is the character I used to pick when I played this game in the arcades. His two special movements can be perfomed with these two combinations: jump, up, down and attack. The other variant of the attack is faster but more difficult to carry out: jump, in mid-air press the two buttons at the same time, up, down and attack.
The game is not really difficult even on hardest. The only thing is that you must be quick in the last stage as there is not much time to complete it.
There is a trick to beat all the bosses in a very easy way, and it can be done with all characters. You have to pick them, hit them twice, release and then pick them again. I didn't use this technique as it is really tiring and it reduces the difficulty a lot.

This could have easily been a 90's TV show in the U.S. or Japan.
Este juego ¡¡ME ENCANTA!! No lo he conseguido terminar nunca y pensaba que era imposible. Viéndote jugar hasta parece muy fácil. Una cosa: yo no conocía el movimiento especial con el que destruyes a los monstruos de cada fase. Ayuda muchísimo.
A mí me parece un grandísimo beat'em up, lo que pasa es que es un poco tapado y mucha gente no lo conoce. Y sí, el juego utilizando esta magia se vuelve muy fácil. Con otros personajes es más complicado. Me planteo volvérmelo a pasar pero sin utilizar magias, como reto, ya que echando la vista atrás, me doy cuenta que abuso demasiado de ellas.
De igual forma solo Rino es útil con esa magia, con los otros requieres correr y frenar o haber jugado kof 2002 mucho tiempo

A zany, yet challenging beat-em-up from Irem. What a shame this was never converted for home consoles, let alone downloadable for next-gen systems.

i was able to do the same when i was six. The green one has an imba zero-health-cost skill. Try the yellow one instead. Anyway, thks for bringing back the memory, it's the first arcade game i've ever played
