    Very Delecious we Indian love Pilaf ( we call it pulao) sepecialy we love to eat lamb & chicken Pilaf because we dn't eat beef anyways u ar sharing very good receipe keep going.

    Wow what an amazing recipe I’m so lucky to find this recipe🤗🤗🤗. Can I cook with lamb instead of veal or beef? I am a little allergic to beef but I also don’t want to be deprived of this wonderful dish Please let me know

      you can use beef flap or similar fatty meat, of course it won't taste like mutton but part of the mouthfeel of the dish comes from the fattiness of the meat.

    Looks amazing. I'll add it to my list of things to make, I've wanted to try saffron too. Does the description say 1500-2000 liters of hot water?! I'm going to need a bigger pot.

      yes it does, you need a large pot, as this dish traditionally is made in kazan!

    Amazing recipe, but you forgot one very important ingredient. The raisins. Or any dried fruit of your choice.
