1000 percent I've been using the m5a3 but changed to the svk its unreal
ARs are a mess right now, spread is totally not within usable realms. If you're gonna be a longer ranges then the SVK is the one
They should’ve put the svk in place of the VCAR, should’ve flipped the two!
LoL I wish they didn't release the game a week early for the general public. Not only am I obsessively watching videos till the 19th and spoiling everything for myself I'm also kinda pissed you guys will have such an advantage since leveling in BF takes a while
The xp is kinda slow especially at the start. Once you unlock the prox sensor you can throw them in to busy areas and get easy xp from assists, it's 50xp for a kill and 50xp for an assist so if you play it right you can end a round with loads
I’ve been using the svk non stop. It 2 shots to the body just like the snipers lmao

It’s one of the only things that feels right with the game even though it’s OP, apart from the hovercraft going up the side of buildings
Unless you got cash to spare I would highly suggest waiting to buy it. Maybe around February when season 1 is released. The game needs A LOT of work

I get killed by this fkn gun along with the DM7 and sniper rifles in general so much that at this point it's just better to join them. Just can't combat it. Tried throwing smokes to break up line of sight but it's my two smokes against an army of players using this damn weapon!
I just hope balance changes come quickly because you're loosing most engagements when using an AR.
the ARs suck at the moment, if you want a full auto weapon go with an smg, ideally the PP29
The extended barrel sucks, you get a very noticeable drop in fire rate that makes follow up shot really awkward.

It’s not 75 damage or shot. The M5A3 has 50 and that would be 2 shot kill and since the rpm are 750 it would have a ttk of 82 or so ms
that's what I figured. I still can't work out what the stat figures refer to, they seem arbitrary

I used footage that’s representative of the gameplay. If you’ve played you know the hit boxes are really broken which definitely didn’t help. Thanks for watching and engaging
It really isn't. The DMRs are awful, the hitreg is bad enough so you miss like 70-80% of your shots. Sure, the SVK is a two-shot but it fires way too slow. You get beaten by SMGs and ARs all day. The PP29 so far for me is the best gun, but the MP9 is also a beast. ARs are awful in general due to the massive nerf they got, SMGs are king at almost all ranges, and the DMRs are too slow, too weak and innaccurate.
I've not had the same experience getting beaten by ARs and SMGs for the most part. You've got to stick to longer ranges to mitigate against getting beamed by ARs and SMGs. It does seem like the PP29 is becoming more popular because it's such a laser beam but from more than 70m i've found the SVK works well
PP29 close to medium, SVK medium to far depends on the map and mode

I think the other guns need to be brought up to this level. ARs are useless right now
