cod maniac the raptors are great owned one for 10 years only did regular maintenance like changing the chain and sprockets and i am buying another one in a few weeks great machine and fun edit: it depends on what you like to do mudding or sport raptor is the king of sport but dont buy it if you wanna go mudding every day
If you buy a raptor dont waste any $ on motor work for more power until you upgrade the suspension. Stock it has enough power to out ride the capabilities of the suspension. You will be able to go faster across tougher terrain with a set of elka, custom axis, fox, or pep suspension.
