The pure amount of people that I have known for years, calling me brainwashed, saying I'm fear mongering people. This whole week has warped my mind and I'm just now recovering from it. For everyone who's felt like a shell of a person since the election. We really needed this. ❤️❤️ Also needed Zach's crazy stories for a laugh in dark times. ❤️

Yes love this take! Continue to be loud and proud of living a happy life that goes against the republican ideals

I'm so jealous because I paid $6700 for my invisalign! My teeth were completely jacked up though. When I run into people who I haven't seen in a long time they literally drop their jaws 😮
It took me about two years to pay off and they're still adjusting my bite, but I still think it was worth it.

I really wish the discourse and narratives of this election was less "we tried our best to fight it but these hateful bigoted people won out" and arguing about voter turnout or whatever- and looking at how much the democratic party failed us and handed this election and the 2016 one to trump on a silver platter, and they deserve to be criticized into the ground for it. For the past 10 years people on both sides have consistently been saying we need a candidate thats forward thinking and going to enact radical change that makes life in america actually sustainable to live and hopefully thrive in, we have no time to afford anything less. The democrats have had so many decent options in that time but they never get through the DNC. We only get the most cookie cutter, tenured in, bureacratic schlubs full of pretense. For christ's sake it was a big deal in this election cycle when kamala entered the race, she wasnt even like a great candidate or anything but people seemed genuinely thrilled and hopeful just to have a candidate thats not incoherent and old as bones, and she didnt even really have any policies at that time.. thats not a good sign. And it wasnt great for the DNC to quickly greenlight the VP of an administration that had the lowest approval ratings in recent times to be the main running candidate... i wish theyd take a note from republicans and let an unconventional candidate get through, dont act like people arent ready for it or whatever, let someone who actually invigorates voters run, we cant allow the DNC to be this well oiled machine that never changes, and frankly doesnt cater to rural americans at all. Also it felt like they got ONE TIME with the last election cycle to shove this rhetoric down peoples throats about voting for the lesser of two evils. Im envious of the republican party, it feels like they actually are energized enough to support a future they want, they get to be for something and our party's messaging at this point is just reduced to being against that. But regardless of whoever won, theres a giant disparity between the most prevalent political ideologies in our country, and they will have to come to the surface to be reckoned with sooner or later. Getting another leftist candidate in to momentarily stave off right wing policies for another 4 years is just a band aid, and people are tired of political band aids, its not enough to get us to vote. People arent wrong for being apathetic to voting, opting for more "destruction lust" approaches to politics than this old promise of making small improvements from the inside over time by casting your vote. As a more progressive leaning person, and even as a minority whos concerned of how trumps presidency will affect my life, im not going to bother to care about voting until our party and the DNC get their sh*t together, act like human beings, actually try to address the root problems of things, acknowledge their own failings and the ways in which politics still fail us even when a leftist candidate is in office, acknowledge the big things young people actually care about like wealth disparity and being against the career centrism baked into every facet of the US, make it feel like politics is actually about creating a system to support people being able to thrive in their lives... if they cant do that- and theyve shown us they cant, then f*ck it, let trump get in...

And we just had a president who maintained the democratic status quo for the past 4 years, which is better than a trump presidency, but also the worst thing you can be while people are demanding radical change or nothing. I know the political bodies around biden made it harder for him to get a lot done but still you can tell his MO was just to maintain the democratic status quo. No forward movement in prison and police reform, or major reevaluation of military funding, and essentially just wanting brownie points for having common sense and not wanting to overturn roe v wade or whatever. Also having the last democrat win on essentially just being the former dem elect's VP, and then the DNC just trying to do that again with kamala was crazy

The fact that Kelseys reaction to the election was listening what trump supporters have to say instead of what people left of kamala have to say… beyond parody, literally the “we have to get more racist” twitter meme

Girl I’m five months into Invisalign and my teeth still hurt every time I get new trays for a few days. I’m literally on my way to get new ones from my dentist today and I’m not excited lmao. Mine were also $5800 even though they were for structural reasons!
