Is it Possible to Beat The Last of Us with Only Guns, No Stealth, and No Running?

In this video I try to beat the Last of Us with only guns. I can only use firearms. I can't use melee, throwables, the bow or flamethrower. I also couldn't run or stealth just to make the challenge a little harder.
