I have never seen this. Here, 'Little Pattie' (Pattie Amphlette) , pretty much, speaks as a Soldier that's experienced Combat. Until I die, I will ever stand in awe of Her. She is all that embodies Australian.👋.

Watched 'Danger Close' and went looking for this girl. after countless videos of 'Surfer Boy' I found this remarkable lady. Such a tiny person, yet has a huge personality.

    dear Little Patti.
It was not a jeep load of soldiers that "kidnapped?" Col. It was a very good mate of mine and yours truly. We, and I think Col,had a really good time. We really had to back off on you for obvious reasons, you were too gorgeous. It was really a great pity that it was Long Tan Day.

Nothing like a good Liberation, hope the rumours are true that Col could hold his own with the Tinnies.
      Thanks for your service Vincent

And the Americans almost straight away gave recognition to the men , But The Australian Government took 45 years what a Bloody disgrace , the government sent these boys there and then doesn’t give a crap the oldest boys were 2x22 year olds all the rest were 19 - 21 that didn’t make it through the battle . Honourable politicians my ass , these blokes went from innocent boys too bloody honourable men in about 2 seconds flat , medals on them mean nothing if as Aussies we don’t remember the facts what these true bloody hero’s did and sacrificed even the ones that came home didn’t come back as a whole part of them will always remain on that battlefield, And we shall never forget you brave honourable men , ever !!! Lest we forget

Little Pattie is the stage name of Patricia Amphlett and she is definitely not Pattie Newton. Little Pattie is the cousin of Chrissie (Christina) Amphlett lead singer of Australian band The Divinyls.
