You got that right what is super nice guy I'd love can meet him and talk to him it seems to be a lot like King Diamond really down to earth in a super nice guy awesome guitarist remember back in the day when he played for death from the album through individual thought patterns he really kicked ass on that album I don't have his autograph and maybe a guitar pick from him that would be awesome what an awesome guy
I saw them at the Mason Jar in Phoenix, Arizona, I was right in front of him, just a foot away, (on purpose). He was freaking me out with his techniques. I yelled, "Dude! You're the Man! He high fived me and then he want to walk off the stage, but he turned around and grabbed a pick that was taped on the side fill. and threw it right to me. I still have it. He was my hero growing up. I learned so much from him.
Great Andy :) ! Loved him in KD, and he added some other dimension to Death's Individual thoughts pattern. His every solo no meter how fast it was had perfect meaning in correlation with song.
Is an awesome greatest guitarists that diamond has ever had I think that's the reason why diamond and him are so close because King can play guitar bass guitar drums keyboards Oregon and don't know what else that men complain he's a true musician just like Andy La Roque
Thank you so much Livia for all these videos!!! It means so much to the fans. It's been so long since the band was in action and I can't wait to see you on tour. Come to London Ontario Canada
You should get back at it man! You don't fail until you give up! Every guitar player has bumps on the road, even Andy, but he kept going and look how great he is now :)
I believe he's talking about the Line 6 Spider valve which is actually a tube amp designed by Bogner mixed with some of Line 6's modeling technology, so it's not that line 6 is getting better, they just hired a company that knew how to design a good amp. That being said, the rest of the amps they make are just as bad as ever from what I've heard about them.
Absolutely!!! I have a spidervalve half stack and have had many tube heads over 35 years and this line6 has all those tones in it!!! Poweramp design by BOGNER
I have heard about that too, but just saying GK Amps well, i mean, arent there lots of models? So which one, i love the chorus effect (it sounds too my ears like anyway!) that is on the guitars, on Shrine forexample.
Andy used Gallien-Krueger 250ML and Marshalls on Abigail, GK 250ML exclusively on Them, Metaltronix 100w head and GK 25OML on Conspiracy (my favorite guitar tone). And he used his custom B.C. Rich Gunslinger guitars for all three albums. Best Regards 🎸
I wan't to know what happened to the project called "Black" which was supposed to include Tony Martin on vocals. Anybody know? Can't find any new information on it.
Depends if you have a petal or not. It has a good clear sound, but it has too much echo. But for King Diamond, the guitar echoes suit his vocals and music. It's just a matter of taste I guess
Andy used Marshalls on Fatal Portrait, Marshalls and Gallien-Krueger 250ML amps on Abigail, GK 250ML exclusively on Them, Metaltronix 100w head and GK 250ML on Conspiracy and The Eye. Best Regards 🎸
What a brilliant, humble guy. A master.

Really enjoyed this! And love Andy's style!

Great great player !
A V-guitar was my first too :)
very cool intie , thanks for sharing!!!
I know Andy's Guitar Tech Franz, and know that Andy plays the Line 6 Spider Valve MKII HD-100 now.
This guy has one of the best guitar sounds I've ever heard.......and he REALLY REALLY likes a line 6 amp. Have line 6 come far or something?

Oh he's so down to earth
Ask what amps/guitars he used for Abigail, Them, Conspiracy! That i would like to know!
If he remembers! haha.
Andy used Gallien-Krueger 250ML and Marshalls on Abigail,
GK 250ML exclusively on Them,
Metaltronix 100w head and GK 25OML on Conspiracy (my favorite guitar tone).

I remember Anders playing a white Gibson V in his teen. I think he was also one of the first in GBG playing a maple/walnut V2...
I LOVED IT BECAUSE I AGREE I WAS THERE IN SAO PAULO'S GIG!!! @@)
I figured so. Thanks for the reply.
The internet seems to tell me it was a 250ML amp he used. It seems to be a solid state amp :)
Forgot to say; love you

I mean in the recording process btw!

i love his abiggail guitar
thanks for the videos livia !!!
do you have plans for a tour of Latin America?
Is it her making these? Man, she is a super lady!
OMG ANDY SAID MY NAME :O
I am pretty sure he used GK amps back in the days, but he might have used quite a few different amps as well. I know that Denner used a JCM 800 :)
Andy used Marshalls on Fatal Portrait,
Marshalls and Gallien-Krueger 250ML amps on Abigail,
GK 250ML exclusively on Them,
Metaltronix 100w head and GK 250ML on Conspiracy and The Eye.
Best Regards 🎸
It was put on hold because Tony Martin and Andy La'roque are both busy.
I bet if UA-cam would start showing the dislikers that it would cut down on the hate.
Justin Beiber would be my guess.
get to Australia please. we only get shit "noo" type bands now.
