I participated in a national high school wind band competition in Taiwan. It was evident that the team consistently delivering the best performance would emerge as the winner. During my year, I was aware that the leading team, who played exceptionally well, they played this piece, would likely secure the victory. Despite anticipating our defeat, I felt genuinely pleased and grateful to witness the beauty of their performance within this masterpiece in person. There's always tears and smile in my face when I listen to this.
