My advice would not be to make large furniture (forever) for an apartment. In my experience a lot of furniture gets dinged up when moving Nd it’s a lot of work and is pricey. Your next place might be too large or small, Won’t vibe, or your tastes just change.
I hope you’re more understanding about recording policies because some people really don’t feel comfortable. I’m don’t really mind it, but I think it’s understandable. Specially with older generations and specially if you are recording with a professional camera.
