You should go to Vietnam during winter season from December to January, Hanoi temperature may drop down to 8°C ~10°C, Hue is about 15°C and Saigon lowest temperature is 18°C. I went there 2 years ago in the end of the year, so the weather was cold to cool, not too hot and didn't make me exhausted 😄

@@PeterandYen thanks! Honestly, I wasn't sure! Because in Burmese culture, the feet are the lowest part of the body and pointing feet at the Buddha, monks or even your elders is disrespectful. So I thought painting a palace ceiling the same way would be disrespectful too.

Always appreciate it, thank you Missy ☺️🙌
My sister is there now and I’m officially convinced to go because I hear the not only have mango stick rice but banana stick rice as well
O what your sis is there? So cool! ☺️❤️ Which part? We've had mango sticky rice before but haven't tried banana sticky rice! 😯
I’m not sure actually 🤔 but it seems like a great place to go to try interesting food. Did u see the sticky rice there ?
@@SundaiLove yep! It's pretty common in South East Asia. You see it a lot in Thailand too 🙂 Didn't know about banana ones though! Bet they're yum as well 😋
Just amazing....
It's an amazing place! 🇻🇳👍🙂
😍😍😍 tuyệt vời
❤️❤️❤️
AWESOME video guys! We are in Hue now so this is very helpful. Hope we cross paths at some point we would love to meet you guys! Just subscribed :)
Thank you guys! 😊 Hope you have an amazing time in Hue 🙂🙌 hope our paths cross at some stage in our travels too 😁👋
Would loooove to go to the perfume River.
I wish it smelt nice haha there really was nothing though at the time we went! 😂
How many or which royal tombs did you visit, and which ones were your favourite?
Just the two we mentioned in the video 🙂 Ming Mang and Khai Dinh. Khai Dinh was our fave mainly coz of his stories and his visionary eye for design 🙂👍
Thanks for the tip LZ 👍 winter in Vietnam falls in summer back home in New Zealand 🇳🇿 which we normally like to stick around for. It's ok prefer the heat anyway 😂
Amazing 🤩
That's Lili! Vietnam is a pretty awesome place to visit especially if you love history 🙂👍🇻🇳
Hey guys - Hue looks like an interesting and really chilled place. The tour sounds good and great value for money. Has the realisation kicked in that you are travelling full time?
Thanks guys! Hue was a great place to learn and soak in some history 🙂 Haha it really just feels like one awesome long holiday. Time passes quick but we've also gotten to see and experience so much already.. more so than in the past decade so it's really awesome that it's just the start too 🙂🙌
Still..wow
Hehe thanks for rewatching 😁👍
Wow....
We had lots of those moments too visiting these places 🙂✌️
"16 km" of markets is huge!
Doh!! Meant to say 16000 square meters 🤦♂️ Our mistake! Thanks for catching that out. 16km would be massive! 😅
Peter, I think you meant Hué Private Tours was one of the top Hués to get the best value for money. 😂
Hahahaha you've got a Hue with words Lin 😂😂 - Yen
Wonderful Vietnam.. :D
It's an awesome country! 🙂👍
I loved Hue even though I couldn't walk two blocks without being offered drugs. I found it so fascinating and chill.
Haha for real? We didn't get it at all but def found the place fascinating and chill too 😁👍
Wow 10,000 artisans and craftsmen?!
Yea created a lot of jobs these tomb designs! We didn't realise how massive they were gonna be before we studied up on them and then seeing it in person it's like wow they're grand! 😯
So much history in one video haha.
How did you guys manage to remember all of that? 😆
Looks like Hue has so many historical places. They are all beautiful and picturesque. How many days did you guys stay in Hue?
Hahah I studied all night then we do refreshers with our notes 😁🙌 messed one detail up though we thought it was 16km for the market but was 16000 sqm 😅🤦♂️ Added the correction in our description though! We stayed 5 days in Hue 🙂 Def a great place to visit if you're interested in history and old royal areas! 👍
I didn't seem to look so good in 1968....
Wait, did the artist paint that entire ceiling with his feet or did he paint the ceiling a foot at a time? 😂
You're on a roll Lin 🤣😂 Not an easy *feat* to do ay? 😉😂
@@PeterandYen 🤣🤣🤣
@@PeterandYen you still haven't answered the question. 🤣
@@linnyunt haha 😂 he did it all with his feet 😁👍👣
@@PeterandYen thanks! Honestly, I wasn't sure! Because in Burmese culture, the feet are the lowest part of the body and pointing feet at the Buddha, monks or even your elders is disrespectful. So I thought painting a palace ceiling the same way would be disrespectful too.
Hahaha organized chaos lol
Definitely lolol just like their traffic with all the scooters! They know what they're doing but for people new to it it's a bit like whoa 😅
Lieles is making faces about the tombs. He says he’s not going there and that I can go alone 😂
Hahaha tell him it's ok Maria! They aren't eerie at all.. just like a really big grounds/building that's pretty grand 😁👍
And some of the tombs are even "fake ones" having the actual corpse on another secret location.
Lieles, go safe! 😉
I bet it’s easy to get lost in that market
Haha yea so big (not 16km big tho.. we stuffed that one fact up was 16000 sqm 🤦♂️😅) but yea felt chaotic but when you look at it they sorta had some system going lol
Educated..and privileged
