They know they have some very strong very dependable male catchers under them at all times. Those catchers are just as important to the success of the act as the girl flyers, but are intentionally kept mostly hidden, so the little girl flyers are the stars everybody sees.
Laura Haertel some of these moves are not even done in the college level yet these girls are already performing at such a high level. The amount of trust has got to be amazing to accomplish this much.

The "Angels of Zurcaroh".... they soar gracefully... they spin very rapidly... they balance on the smallest of supports... they appear from nowhere and hold their hands up with no hesitation as they have no fear... they dance exactly as all the others... they are beautiful and unassuming... they will inspire other young ones to do as they have... Thank You Zurcaroh for creating such an opportunity and the examples displayed in your works will surely inspire many others besides your "Angels" !!!....

Actually, he said in a short documentary about them, that there are two prerequisites to join them: You have to be able to breathe naturally (means uninhibited) and you have to be able to run (means to be fit). The rest is training. I'm sure if one turns out to be an absolute non-talent, you most likely will not see this person in a show, but as it seems they all are "amateurs", who invest a great portion of their lives to this.
