This is great. It gives guys the option to start building their kit without spending a thousand dollars. Another plus is you don’t have to get the smaller wheel that we don’t need.
This bundle plus the stalks come out at over £900 including shipping to the UK and there maybe some custom charges on top. Not sure I would wanna spend that much just to get a bit more emersion out of a £30 game.
By the time I realized that the flags were reversed, the video had been out for a while so no sense in deleting it. Just for that. Smart guys like you catching every time so I'm not worried you got the right information ;)
what was the R5 wheel like as far as size? There was a comment up above that says that the R5 bundle wheel is ridiculously small or something like that, is that true?
The best way to answer this is to tell you that it is a standard small size. As others have said it matches offerings from Logitech and other brands. It's not ridiculously small. It's just small like all the other steering wheels that get released for Sim racing
@@DaSimSimma ok, i'll target the Semi-Wheel if that one is the only one in the Moza line that is bigger. I'll go see if they have the "mm" size or size in inches and do some comparisons.
a good review but this is not "entry level". entry level would be like going to your big box store and getting the $100 wheel. this is for someone who has put in a little bit of time, effort and money into their setup.
I guess that's a fair statement. I do have a fully built rig so to me this is entry level. Food for thought I guess. Thanks for your comment and insight
I must be a pretty opinionated guy , ;) Jokes aside ...the technology is not comparable on paper and Hori does have a pretty bad reputation for quality . i have done my research . Invitation is open for them to prove me wrong
@@DaSimSimmaI hope they do. Too be honest, I had no idea they existed until I watched your video. I hope they do send you a review unit. It would be nice to compare. Competition is always good for the consumer.
No stock or shifter means no buy when you can get the complete hori system for the same price and quality isn’t all that much different according to what I’ve seen
I have to be careful because I have not actually touched the hori system myself. But I hear horror stories about hori gear. No pun intended. This goes back to their farming simulation gear. I can only assume this stuff is a lot better, but please remember they're not apples to apples. They're still using belts and gears where Moza is using a direct drive electric motor. Pricing is not the same either, 600 for hori , 549 for moza. Again, we all have choices and opinions also lol . I am interested in getting my hands on that hoary to make sure that I'm saying actual facts and not just repeating anecdotes from the past
@@DaSimSimma i dont think it matters that much considering its a trucking game, and you wont "abuse" the wheel as opposed to a racing game (unless you play truckersmp) if you are only doing sim trucking ,i think the hori wheel is just fine but of course it depends on how much of an enthusiast is the user and how much money he has
I have Hori system. And for 640€ I paid for it I think you can't get a better wheel. Sure, Moza is miles ahead of Hori, but if I wanted the same Moza setup as I get with Hori, I would have had to pay 1200€ or even more including shipping and customs. Hori is fine, it gets the job done. It is good. Not bad not excellent, just good. Good like most things in life are, and that is OK
it was just a matter of time for MOZA to make this bundle ! MOZA is shaking the industry and i am loving it
dude hell yeah and the price is great! definitely know what I'm asking santa for this Christmas! 😄😎
@@WhiteNoiseStudio86 same it’s so perfect for the game

Very much agree , especially regarding that tiny wheel ( those wheels should be banned ...lol)

Flags are backwards for Australia and United Kingdom. But thanks for the video
Hahaha figures .... Sorry for my not paying attention. I promise you I know country is in flags ! Lol
I'm definetely gonba get a Moza at some point when I can afford one. For both iRacing and trucking
can i ask why you have 3 blinkers on you rig cluter?
I sell that cluster as a single , dual and triple gauge . So I prepare each gauge to work by itself . So so times some things are repeated
The dashboard is from which car?
Now I thinking of buying it with stalks you are set for 750 Euro that's very good
where can i get those dials?
At my store ;) I'm the only one making these right now in the world ;) dasimsimma.etsy.com/listing/1758636656

This sadly released 2 days after i bought my R5 bundle haha. It's no biggie tho, i still play F1 so :)

Not for nothing… you can’t compare two wheelbases if you haven’t driven with them both. Just saying. 😉
