  • Spice Rub For Smoking Meats & My New Badger Barrel Smoker!
    Ingredients:
    1X for each Brisket.
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon smoked paprika
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon Sea salt
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon mustard powder
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Oregano
    1/2 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
    Mix well.
    Apply to Pork, Chicken or Beef.
