Heavy Barreled Howa 1500: Ultimate Budget Long Range Build (UNBOXING)

Starting a new project with one of the most accurate factory rifles that can be found for around $500-$600.
I picked up a heavy barreled Howa 1500 in 308 and plan on testing out what can be achieved with this Japanese factory rifle.
