So... here it is.. a Scale Trail Truck on my Backyard Rock Pile... So weird, you start a new channel - and they don't let you upload custom preview pictures. Glad I got some good shots in the film. This is a Traxxas TRX4 4x4 Radio Controlled 1/10th scale Trail Truck. This "Tactical" body & theme is newly released at the time of this filming ...
I am starting this channel to relearn what it is like for a new UA-camr to get started.
Hey everyone, thank you so much for the love and support we have been receiving here! A lot of folks have asked.. "What is the theme of this new channel".. and to be honest - the theme is the same as always. Me, having fun with RC's I find curious and interesting. But, I want to surround myself and my family with viewers who truly do want to move forward with us. Big Subscriber numbers are awesome.. but UA-cam, and the landscape of this platform has changed. Oddly enough.. I haven't changed enough.. and still love what I do. If you want to be a part of this.. please, Subscribe! The "old days" are gone.. and I have a different life now. A "2.0" version that includes my wife, my son, and a back injury I can not escape. Long trail runs are not an option for me anymore.. constant twisting and stooping causes me great pain and impacts my life negatively. I want to be healthy for my son, and his non-stop energy! But, I still loev to film, edit and interact with the viewers who are dedicated! YES, I will be uploading to my other channel.. just less frequently. This channel is a place for me to relax.. and to sit back and enjoy all of the new memories that await me, my family.. and my friends :) Thanks for coming along on my journey.. not only my RC journey.. but my life journey. I am not afraid to start again.. I never am

I️ really hope less people will demand you to do things or build what they want, or ask for a truck for themselves. On the old channel a lot of the audience seemed very young and complained too much about what you wanted to do with your time and your money and your life. This channel feels like the rc sparks with 100,000 subs I️ originally subbed to, where you are yourself and can be yourself. I️ am so excited to be here watching again after a year off, and I️ subbed to you in 2011 as the first channel I️ ever watched. Great work, great channel
Caleb.. you nailed it bud. This is an area where I can now continue having fun - and the folks who want to follow along on a "clean channel".. (meaning fresh) then I am happy to have them here to. I will still upload to my other channel.. but less frequently

I’ve been watching your videos for the last 5 years. I still can’t believe how long it has been! Your videos inspired me to get my first RC when I was just 13 years old. Since then I have had several nitros and now have a Gmade sawback, as your truck builds, and trail videos got me completely hooked on trailing, especially as I live in the north of England, perfect for rc trail trucks. I hope you keep on making videos, and I love your long trail videos,( I often go back and watch older ones). Keep up the hard work!👍
This is the first RC truck for me as I am new to trucks. I really like it!
I rc for the same reason. Broke my neck in two spots found out I had bone degenerative disease in my neck that I didn't know about till my surgery and also managed to mess my shoulder up two years ago still on disability for lack of feeling and strength to the left of my body. Keep going everyday and rc just about everyday. Good luck with your ongoing injury. Keep up the good work man.
I have only been with you for a few years but you still got it you got me back in to the wonderful world of rc my original rc was stolen a long time ago and I just forgot about the hobby for so long then I found your channel and with in a month I went out and bought a traxxas you reminded of the passion for this hobby now I am up to 10 rc most traxxas love both channels I am hear for both I am a notified vewer both bells are rung
I’m impressed by traxxas on this rig. I wasn’t expecting them ever to go to a real “axle” format over independent suspension. Now if they would make a trophy truck with a live rear axle. That’s when they really change the game
You should see whats coming. 2018 is very FULL of new RC Products from them ... it should be spectacular .. mark my words ;)

I've been watching y'all for years. You are the one who got me into rc trucks. Ive seen your family grow. Y'all are truely an inspiration. I'm not gonna lie I've gotten out if rc truck and am now flying freestyle quads. But I still love watching your stuff. Keep it up! RCSPARKS 4 LIFE

I’ve been watching for a really long time before the first overkill and you got me addicted to this hobby I love it I have like 10 trucks now and it’s nothing but fun. I hate seeing UA-cam doing this to people especially you this hobby has got me through thought times and brought lots of joy to my life thanks so much medic I love the fact that you continue to make videos and put so much effort into your stuff when others give up thank you. “Get out side and have fun with rc” :)

my trx4 Lipo, charger and aluminum servo horn should all be here by Christmas haven't had an rc in 3 years.
I enjoy watching your videos no matter what you have put togeather for our vewing pleasure. Your excitement and love for the hobby has only grown from what I've watched. I for one am ready to see what the future bring on Rc Spark 2.0. Never underestimate what you can do. The sky is the limit.

Of course I´m following you on your second channel. Even though I don´t do RC myself anymore I started watching your videos like 7 years ago because of your true love in what you are doing. Seeing this (old)channel getting bigger and bigger over time and improving in quality, there was also your family that became more important during your videos. I always have the feeling of beeing a part of your family just by seeing all those videos you are sharing with us. And honestly this is better than some TV shows. So before this is getting too sentimental I´m just saying THANK YOU for what you are doing! Your are doing it good!

You have the best RC show on youtube you make the best videos always fun and informative, they got me back into the rc hobby. I have gone from having a 18 year old Smarttech road racer to now having 5 modern RCs with another to come in the near future. i just got back from moab utah, i was wheeling a full scale jeep rubicon! and while i was there i was sorry i didnt bring an rc with me. i highly recomend going it is awsome!!! ill be going back for sure!

I lost most of my rc stuff in a lipo fire this spring along with about $4000 of damage to my shop. Haven't really got back into it yet, so I get my fix by watching you, so thanks and keep it up buddy!!!!

Hey Medic, good to see you back on the rocks! This is my kind of RC. I'm enjoying a TRX4 as well. What a superb trail truck, just incredible. Axial was my jam for 3 kit builds, but the TRX4 Bronco is without a doubt proving itself as an absolute Gem.

I love how this video is from 2 years ago but yet out of all the RC companies in the world nobody has made one nearly as capable as the TRX 4. I have always been a loyal rc4wd and axial fan. Having at least 1 of most of their crawlers. The RC4wd always had the best scale look and the absolute best quality but they didn't have much flex. My tried and true original SCX10 still works to this day with only upgraded gears, knuckles and drive shafts. I never bought a SCX10 2 I did not like the small battery pack as I like to drive my trail trucks for three or four hours. Then the trx4 came out. It was a defender and I drive nothing but range rovers in full size so I was interested but it was a traxxas and I hate the way they sell a truck that's barely good enough to work for a bit so I buy their hop ups. Now I waited a while and after watching kevin talbot beat em to death and they just kept going stock I finally bought the Chevy Blazer RTR in orange.
Best rc crawler there is period. 2 speed perfect for the walk to the trail and the flat parts. Portal axles to clear everything. And then the design of everything was unique and functional. I have a whole box of brass upgrade parts for this thing and I have only ever put on two upgrades. I'm much more powerful servo and a weighted brass front bumper support. Visually I changed the body and I put the carisma range Rover body. But mechanically 100% stock even the original brushed motor after 9 months of ownership I use my RCs alot have property much like yours with except I have a brook running thru one corner so I'm always get muddy. I just can't believe how long the motor lasted I have a vxl3 brushless system in the box waiting to go in there for when it died and it just hasn't I have a whole box of replacement parts that I bought preemptively thinking it was going to be less durable than an axial but it's five times as adorable as an axial the first time I ran my axial SCX10 stock I rolled backwards on a hill and broke my c hub
