Thanks for the tip griggsb, I actually cleaned and tuned the carb last year and now it runs like a champ. Yes it was running a tad lean, it's running a bit richer now so the stumble is gone.
@duckmantips The model number is 6702. On the front of mine there is an adjustment knob that is marked "idle". The choke is on one side of the starter pull and the idle adjustment is on the other. If you don't have this knob you'll have to find the idle adjustment screw on the carb itself, it should be on the bottom and marked.

Note the descirption "not running well right now". And yes, after some tuning, and a new impeller, it purrs like a kitten.
Try turning idle adjustment screw to the left a bit. Sounds like it is a little bit lean. That's what causes that stumble. Good luck.
