These courses are also there for masters but generally not as good as the bachelor's. If your plan is to get a PhD then going with a university degree would be better choice.

If your score in Maths is low, the chances of admission are less. But otherwise the risks remain the same

You could be eligible for some particular programs, but if your gpa is not good, you will have a disadvantage. But its not impossible ;)

Shouldn't be a hinderance, but if you want to go into academics than a normal university degree is generally seen better

You will be exmatriculated from the university and you'll have to start your degree somewhere else again

Ya, they too have a small semester fee (a couple hundered euros per semester) but that is nothing in front of the money you get paid.
