I believe the knowledge should be free.
And for 6+ years my job has been making coaching affordable.
ATGonlinecoaching.com: Programs with form-coaching under 24 hours, 7 days a week, for $49.50/month, with no contract and 1/2 off the first month so you can see how you like it
map.ATGforcoaches.com: With coaches now around the world, there may even be one near you who’s available for in-person training!
ATGequipment.com: All the unusual tools I’ve been creating to help make the ATG system more user-friendly
    UncivilizedSneaker.com: The foot-inspired shoes I wear
THANK YOU for making this possible!

Starting now at 50 after years of inactivity due to foot and back surgeries, grief and life. Not sure I have a pain-free level, but I'm going slow and making sure it's good pain. I used to be strong and capable, now I'm just fat and stiff. I want my life back. These videos are helping me do that. Can't thank you enough for this free resource of instruction and motivation. Much gratitude from Ohio. 💜

I started focusing on my muscles about 8 months ago, at my own leisure. I don't block out exercise time, I just simply move each part of my body to its furthest ability each day, throughout the day. I started with lower legs and feet and worked my way up. My spine is correcting my hips are more straight, my muscles have all been activated, my head posture is improving, my neck is stronger, I feel younger and way more capable!
A tip I have is if you begin moving your body parts to the furthest extension you will likely find some sleeping muscles and they will feel like they want to spasm, push through that feeling because it's not going to hurt like you think it might, it just feels weird... but it's actually the muscles learning movement and will become muscle memory.
