Huda, I can imagine how frustrated it can be to work so hard and it gets leaked (I have no clue how something gets leaked from a company) but anyway, people who love you and want to support you and your company will always be there no matter what as long as you create good products that stands for what it claims to do. Congratulations on your new launch and so happy for you. First of all, I am so sorry you've had to go through something like that. I know what a brilliant creator you are and as someone who has been here cheering you on for every launch you've had, I know how much time and energy and love you put into making your vision come to life for us. I hope you know how many people really love you and look forward to your launches no matter how it gets out, and I don't want to take away from the severity of what happened, at all, but I just hope you know that at the end of the day, we love you and your products BECAUSE OF YOU and how much effort you put into each product really shows! I know it's upsetting and I can't blame you at all for feeling that way, the way you are handling it with such grace will not go unnoticed! The faux filter sticks, the water jelly primer and Pound Cake baking powder are my ULTIMATE favourite finds from last year and I’m still obsessed 😍 definitely have to try this faux filter concealer xxxxx

I'll honest i love knowing whats coming up in makeup because i can save for what i want and you can send the PR out earlier so we can see it be tested and see how the products perform. I it much be frustrating for your brand but it won't put me off buying

Sorry to hear that but I didn't even know you were coming out with a new concealer until I actually saw it at Sephora. Some people just don't know how to leave things alone that doesn't concern them but I got three colors (from normal to little lighter)and I love it. I must say that I'm not so lucky when it comes to your foundation Mocha is little dark one before has olive undertone.. I'm trying your foundation again so 440g is little light but I'll mix and make it work cause I love your products..for reference I'm Mac NC50 in summer time..keep doing the damn thing and thanks for all your work that makes me look Fab
