Sometimes users paste into form fields not just type. Or autofill from personal details stored. This covers everything rather than just typing key strokes
Thank you, I'm a Brazilian working in QA for the US, we used the specflow but I'm really enjoying creating some automation in Playwright for my personal stuff.
Thanks for te video. After upgrade from 1.35 to 1.38, I get this error message : Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\Users\JLuis\AppData\Local\Temp\playwright-transform-cache\bd\TC1loginPorLocspec_bd5a20259ab0d63c795a6d079c97493b78c3b6b8.js' What can I do? Thanks
You guys need to understand one thing most of the organisation uses CI CD pipelines to execute their tests, so you need to invest your efforts in getting these Awesome reporting and Tracing into tools like Jenkins, Circle CI, Azure Devops, Bamboo , Codefresh etc... other wise these reports will be just for local execution which are outdated already ... please note this point
The link you provided says how to run in CI not to see results in CI. Its a shame that you are asking to junit results in azure devops. After developing this big tracing and html reporting
Great work Joel Debbie 👍 I have one thing which needs to be improved please enhance the playwright report with more context and like we can add company name, project name and more other details like Allure or extent report
Just have a question regarding inkognito mode please. Is it possible to deactivate the inkognito? just start the browser in normal mode and how can I do this with playwright using Java language? 🙏
You guys are awesome! Great work and the passion/enthusiasm is contagious.
Great work !
Playwright is become better and better with every new version!
I freaking love this tool
I'm loving the updates! Playwright gives such an awesome developer/tester experience! Keep it up!
Isn’t .fill() further away from a real user behavior though? .clear().type() is what represents an actual users behavior the most imo.

Make sense
Nice to see playwright team releasing new version very FAST

Love your videos, thanks for sparing me from reading release notes!
Great work! I love Playwright and these presentations, you guys are awesome!
Everything as we like. Superb. Thanks for another successful update!
Glad you like it!
I assume a use case for pressSequentially would be to make use of picking a value from auto fill suggestion values. Good stuff by the way :)
Nice to see playwright being updated with nice changes, keep it up!
AmaZING team! You all are working so hard and continuously creating new features for the Playwright tool. Kudos to you both and the entire team.
Thanks so much!
I like this style of showcase
Greate job and the features !
Awesome presentation!
would be nice if we can debug inside the ui-mode
Good job, thank you
Let's go!
The best! ❤

Deleting this folder should fix it temporarily, we’ll issue an update with a fix in v1.40.
@@Playwrightdev Thanks a lot

Trace viewer is available on all CI providers. Check out the docs for more info on CI providers: playwright.dev/docs/ci#introduction

Love that change from type to pressSequentially helps a lot.
Great work Joel Debbie 👍

Awesome work. Thanks.
guys, this is totally impressive
super. thank you so much

here is a link to docs on how to do that: playwright.dev/java/docs/api/class-browsertype#browser-type-launch-persistent-context
Is Joel OK?
👋
Great video! 🙏
Great stuff! Tooltips would be good for the console/log sources to explain the icons.
That's a great idea! github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues/27411
Super
Thanks!
Where is Joel?
