I purchased a collar a couple of months ago through Amazon. It arrived pre-assembled in the box. It worked fine initially, but has steadily become unreliable to the point today it would not take a charge or turn on. The remote seems to be fine. ☹

You have dedicated button for this matter. '1/2 Button' is in the right side of the training remote - You'll easily switch between dog 1 to dog 2 with the hit of your thumb.

When i press the shock button the remote glows red and doesnt shock. It occasionally shocks randomly but not when i need it. Help?

What if you have two collars and one remote and you’re using it on both dogs at the same time? Do you have to keep switching it from dog to dog?
There is a button on the remote that allows you to change the channel for each receiver
Two dogs cannot be corrected at the same time
Switching between channels is necessary every time.

3-STEPS TO PAIR RECEIVER COLLAR TO THE REMOTE
1. Press and hold the power button on the Receiver Collar for 3 seconds to turn on the Receiver Collar.
2. Press the power button on the back of the receiver 3 times to enter pairing mode. You will hear a beep, and the light indicator will become solid.
3. Press on one of the training modes, Tone/Vibrate/Static, on the Remote to complete the pairing. Then the Receiver Collar will respond according to the channel you chose on the remote.
@@INVIROX it seems as tho the vibrations work and noise tone does but when I use shock a red light comes on the remote and doesn’t seem to be shocking. Yes the remote are both charged
@@zayworld9933 The red light indicates the shock portion while the green indicates the other two (Vibation & Beep tone). Be safe assured that the e-collar at your disposal work just fine :).
